基于ANSYS的金属软管非线性有限元应力分析

【摘要】 本文在对波纹管的力学性能系统研究的基础上,提出了金属软管计算非线性有限元模型。通过计算分析与试验相结合,以金属软管轴向刚度的研究为例,研究了网套的作用,对金属软管网套的作用有了一定的认识。同时着重探讨了多层波纹膨胀节,结合边界非线性理论,运用有限元软件ANSYS构造了一种新颖、合理的多层波纹管有限元模型,基本解决了多层波纹管设计计算问题。通过仿真模拟多层波纹管载荷—响应状况,比较多层波纹管和单层波纹管的特性,得出的计算结果与试验数据进行比较验证,证明了应用非线性有限元分析是一种准确的研究方法。利用编制的专用程序,使得金属软管和多层波纹管的建模、求解参数化、自动化。同时在ANSYS中使用专用后处理程序,可以方便的得出各向刚度曲线等图表,为金属软管和多层波纹管的设计生产提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Based on system research of bellows’ mechanic performance, this paper puts forward a finite model of metallic hose. Through the combination of analysis and experiments, we get a certain sense of the function of net cover. Setting the research of axis EI as example, this paper studies the effect of net cover . Meanwhile we discuss the multilayer bellows with boundary non-linearity theory, exercise FEA software ANSYS construct a kind of novelty and logical model of multilayer bellows, then basically settle multilayer bellows of design and calculate. The results of ANSYS and the datum of experiments are accordant. The model based on the paper are proved to be better in simulating the multilayer bellows, and workout a special program make design parameterly and automatic. Making use of post program can get EI curve convenient and give the reference of metallic hose and multilayer bellows design.
