集成化CAPP系统研究与开发

【摘要】 随着先进制造技术的研究与应用的不断深入,产品数据管理(PDM)和计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)已成为制造业实施生产自动化和企业信息化的重要组成部分。PDM作为CAPP系统的集成框架,能够弥补传统CAPP系统的不足,有利于CAPP系统在整个企业信息化环境下向集成化、工具化、实用化的方向发展。 本文结合无锡国盛模具公司C4P系统下的GSCAPP子系统的开发实践,对基于PDM的集成化CAPP系统进行了研究与开发。 文中首先提出了基于PDM的GSCAPP系统的体系结构,并分析了系统的总体功能需求。然后研究了GSCAPP系统基于PDM框架下与CAD/CAM、ERP的集成方法;提出了基于工艺实例生成目标工艺的方法并且对工艺实例推理以及实例检索技术进行了研究;在多工艺方案选优时研究了多工艺方案评价的算法模型;最后开发了基于国盛PDM系统的GSCAPP系统,部分验证了研究的技术,该系统正在企业应用。论文对有待进一步深入研究和探索的问题也提出了建议。

【Abstract】 With the research and application of advanced manufacturing technology, Product Data Management and Computer Aided Process Planning system have become important parts of machining automation and enterprise information in manufacturing industry. As 3C(CAD/CAPP/CAM) application integration frame, PDM can make up the insufficiency of traditional CAPP. Recently, the research on CAPP focuses on its integration, utility and practicality, therefore, it is important and urgent to study and develop the integrated, practical CAPP on the basis frame of PDM.Combining with the development practice of GSCAPP system, which is one of the subproject of C4P(CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAT/PDM) of WuXi GuoSheng company, the paper probes and develops the CAPP systems based on the PDM.Firstly, it analyses the system construction of the GSCAPP system based on the PDM, then it discusses the integrated technology between CAPP and CAD/CAM, ERP based on PDM, promotes the designation of process planning case-based process examples and AHP technology. Finally, it makes some examples of main functions in the GSCAPP system, and point out further research and the investigation about CAPP.
