基于虚拟制造的自动线虚拟实验系统研究

【摘要】 迅速发展的互联网技术和虚拟现实技术使虚拟实验的实现成为可能。在集虚拟现实、虚拟制造、数据库以及网络应用等理论的基础上,以自动生产线为对象,本文提出基于虚拟制造的自动生产线虚拟实验系统的平台设计方案,分析了定制虚拟实验体系构架的策略,包括:以Java语言和VRML为宿主语言的选择;VRML编程与UC软件相结合的虚拟设备场景建模方法;增强Web服务器动态交互功能的HTML、JSP、Java Applet混合应用;确保管理模块实现系统动态数据库访问和数据显示的Web服务器与数据库管理系统的组合,阐述了虚拟实验系统的具体实现方法及所涉及的关键技术,构建了基于Web环境的远程自动生产线虚拟实验系统,并实现了网络交互式操作和虚拟实验应用等功能。研制的虚拟实验系统表明,该方案是可行的,并能达到预期的效果。

【Abstract】 Rapid development of the technology of Internet and VR (Virtual Reality) makes it possible for the realization of doing experiments in the virtual environment. According to the application of Web, the scheme of the platform design of an auto-manufacturing process, which is based on VR and VM(Virtual Manufacturing) and Database, is proposed in this paper. With an aim of studying an auto production line, the strategy of customizing the virtual experiment system is mainly elaborated, including the choice of Java language and VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) as the host languages, the modeling method of virtual scene using VRML and UG, the blend application of ASP, HTML, and Java Applet for enhancing active interacting function of Web server, and the integration of Web server and DBMS for assuring active visit to Database and data display between them. In the paper, the realizing method of virtual experiment system and its correlative key technology are presented. The interactive function of doing experiment on the network and the application of virtual experiment are realized. The virtual experiment shows that the strategy is feasible and the good effect expected can be acquired.
