基于并行工程的民用飞机维修性参数指标评估与验证方法研究

【摘要】 对于新研制的商用飞机来说,其维修性的好坏,对飞机投入使用后的运营成本具有决定性的作用,也将影响商用飞机的市场竞争力。因此,在飞机研制的早期阶段,就必须充分考虑和重视飞机的维修性问题。 为了保证维修性在设计中得到体现,要对飞机的维修性进行评估与验证。本文从定量的角度研究民用飞机维修性的评估与验证方法,主要研究和解决了三个方面的问题: 1.目前我国飞机的维修性参数指标体系大多数是针对军用飞机的,本文提出并建立了一套完整的、相对可行的民用飞机的维修性参数指标体系。 2.研究适合工程化与计算机化的民用飞机维修性参数指标验证模型,分析和比较适合于并行工程的民用飞机维修性参数指标验证模型的特点,针对民用飞机上不同系统的特点分析选用不同的验证模型。 3.将随机网络和BP神经网络应用于民用飞机维修性的评估与验证中,较好地验证了飞机照明系统和起落架系统的维修时间。 本文提供的方法对于成功构建民用飞机维修性评估与验证的计算机系统具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 For designing commercial airplane, the good or the bad of its maintainability determines the cost of transportation after used and will affect its competition in the market. So the maintainability of airplane must be considered and emphasized at the early stage of design.In order to ensure that the maintainability of airplane is actualized in the design, the maintainability of airplane must be evaluated and validated. Method of evaluation and validation of civil aircraft maintainability is studied in the paper from quantitative view, the research of this paper includes three questions.1. Now in our nation the system of maintainability parameter and value suited in warplane, a whole and feasible the system of civil aircraft is offered in the paper.2. Models of evaluation and validation of civil aircraft maintainability parameter and value fitted in the engineering and in the computer are studied. Characteristic of those models are analyzed and compared. Different model should be selected in the different aircraft system.3. Apply random net and neural net to evaluation and validation of civil aircraft maintainability, validate maintenance time of aircraft lighting system and landing gear system.The ways provided by this paper is instructive to constitute successfully a computer system of maintainability evaluation and validation of airplane.
