计算机辅助飞机油量分析

【摘要】 燃油系统是液体燃料发动机飞行器上的重要组成部分。本文研究了同心电容式油量传感器的标定、敷设和误差分析的方法,主要工作如下: (1)以飞机油箱满载状态下的油液实体为研究对象,用数值方法计算出实体模型各剖面的面积中心点和各剖面高度下的油液体积值。 (2)提出了利用每个剖面上的面积中心点寻找和优化油量传感器的敷设位置的方法,并给出了传感器浸油长度与剩余油液体积之间的对应关系。 (3)提出并实现了油量姿态误差的分析方法。 (4)开发了飞机油量传感器标定、敷设和误差分析软件模块,并集成于UG/Ⅱ系统,可以为飞机油量传感器的设计提供依据。完成了两个型号教练机的油量计算与姿态误差分析。

【Abstract】 Fuel system is an important part of the aircraft with liquid fuel engines. In this thesis, the calibration, laying and measuring error of the concentric capacitance fuel sensor are researched. And the major work is following:1. Taking the fuel entity of fully-filled airplane oil tank as studying object, the outhor calculates the central points of the section contours and the volume of the remnant fuel under the section height by means of numerical calculation.2. The method to locate and optimize the laying position of the fuel sensor by laminating the fuel entity model along the height axis and finding out the central points of the section contours is also put forward. Besides, the relationship between the length of the sensor that is dipped in the fuel and the remnant fuel volume is established.3. The analysis method of the fuel measuring error caused by the aircraft attitude is presented.4. A software module for the calibration, laying and error analysis of the aircraft fuel sensor is developed and is integrated in the UGII. The module lays foundation for the design of the fuel sensor. Moreover, as an application of this module, the fuel volume calculation and error analysis of two types of training plane are made.
