基于WEB的CAD/CAM系统协同工作关键技术研究与实现

【摘要】 随着网络技术和计算机技术的不断发展,以实现多种资源最优配置为目的的基于WEB的协同设计模式也得到了迅速的发展并逐渐应用于产品设计及制造领域,采用该模式可以大大提高设计质量、缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,使产品能够满足日趋复杂的市场需求。 本文对基于WEB的CAD/CAM系统的协同技术进行了探索,首先介绍了协同设计的意义、国内外研究现状和选题依据并介绍了该系统所采用的软件实现技术,在此基础上研究设计了系统体系结构,采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式并将系统功能在服务器与浏览器间进行了合理的分配。本文还对基于WEB的CAD/CAM协同系统开发过程中的若干关键技术进行了研究,主要包括服务器与浏览器的传输协议、模型动态显示、协同机制、协作交互模式、文件存取、安全及容错等,在此基础上用Java技术基于ACIS平台实现了一个基于WEB的CAD/CAM协同系统原型—CoSuperMan。此外,还开发了一个网站作为系统的入口,使用户可以方便地实现登陆、注册、建立新组、加入已存在组等的操作。

【Abstract】 With the continual development of the Internet technology and computer technology, Web-based design mode for realizing optimized configuration developes rapidly and is gradually applied to areas such as product design and manufacturing. The application of this mode can improve the quality of products, shorten design periods and reduce design cost to make the products better meet increasingly complex demand of the market.This thesis explores collaborative technology of the web-based CAD/CAM system, the sense of collaborative desige, current research status. And the significance for this research is presented. The system structure is designed on the basis of the research. B/S mode is adopted and the realization of functions is assigned between server and browser. Several key technologies including transmission protocol, dynamic display technology, collaborative mechanism, collaborative interplay, data transmission protocal, graphics display, data storage, safty and fault tolerance of web-based Collaberative are researched. CoSuperMan, a prototype of web-based Collaberative CAD/CAM system is realized. A website is developed to run the system with the functions of login, registration, building new group and joining in exited groups.
