飞/推综合控制半物理仿真平台及监控系统设计

【摘要】 飞行/推进系统综合控制是未来先进飞机和发动机控制的发展趋势。本文提出了飞/推综合控制半物理仿真试验台及监控系统的总体设计方案,开发了监控系统软件。监控系统的可行性通过试验得到了验证。 论文首先分析了发动机控制系统以及飞/推综合控制系统试验需求,提出飞/推综合控制半物理仿真试验平台的总体方案;根据此方案,确定了仿真平台监控系统的体系结构,设计了信号调理电路和接口信号仿真器,并进行了监控软件开发;最后,利用发动机数学模型和数字控制器构成闭环仿真测试环境,以验证所开发的监控系统的有效性。测试结果表明,监控系统在人机界面、测量精度和系统运行的可靠性方面及实时性方面均达到了预定的设计要求。

【Abstract】 Integrated Flight/Propulsion Control (IFPC) is the trend of aircraft and aero-engine control. A general design scheme of IFPC simulation platform is proposed in this paper, and a monitoring system for this platform is developed. The feasibility of the monitoring system is validated by a serial of experiments.The test requirements of IFPC system are analyzed firstly, and the general scheme of hardware-in-loop simulation test platform for IFPC is proposed. Base on the scheme, the monitoring system architecture is designed, signal conditioner, signal interfacing emulator and software design of the monitoring system are discussed in detail. Finally, the monitoring system developed is validated by a closed-loop simulation test system with aero-engine model and digital controller arithmetic. The results show that the monitoring system has desirable property on interface, precision, reliability and real-time performance.
