基于CAD/CFD的柴油机螺旋进气道研究

【摘要】 论文以小缸径直喷式柴油机螺旋进气道为研究对象,探讨了计算机辅助设计(CAD)和计算流体力学(CFD)技术在螺旋进气道仿形和设计中的应用。论文的主要工作如下: 1.逆向仿形建立了某种型号的螺旋进气道三维实体模型。 2.分析了柴油机螺旋进气道建模的关键几何参数,交互完成气道参数化三维模型的建立。初步建立了柴油机螺旋进气道的计算机辅助设计系统,实现一定程度的自动化建模。 3.对所建立的模型进行了稳流实验台条件下气道-气门-气缸内的三维定常流动模拟计算,计算了不同气门升程下气道的性能评价参数。 本文的研究具有较强的实用性,建立的螺旋进气道表面保证了曲面片之间的二阶几何连续。专门针对螺旋进气道建立了计算机辅助设计系统,实现了气道三维模型的参数化,加快了建模的速度。最终用CFD软件对气道进行流动模拟计算,为设计优化提供判断依据。

【Abstract】 This paper has a research on the helical intake port of direct injection diesel engine. Computer aided design (CAD) and computer fluid dynamics (CFD) methods are applied on the proto type copying and design of helical intake port. The main purposes of this paper are:1. Set up one helical intake port model by reverse engineering.2. Analysis the key geometry parameters of helical intake port modeling. A parametric three-dimensional model is achieved by interaction. And a computer aided parametric design system is set up. To some extent, the purpose of automated modeling is reached.3. Perform fluid simulation on the helical intake port- valve- cylinder flow field under the condition of steady flow testing rig. The results under different valve lifts are gained.The research of this paper is practically useful. The surface of three-dimensional port model is second-order geometry continuity. The helical intake port modeling computer aided design system can get a parametric model and can fasten the speed of modeling. Finally the fluid simulation is performed. And the results can be the basis for optimizing design of helical intake port.
