ERP环境下的生产计划管理系统柔性化研究

【摘要】 企业资源计划ERP(enterprise resources planning)一词是由Gartner Group．Inc咨询顾问与研究机构于20世纪90年代初提出来的。ERP具有强大的系统功能，灵活的应用环境和实时控制能力，是制造业未来信息时代的一种管理信息系统。生产计划管理子系统是ERP系统中的核心子系统之一，同时也是在企业系统设计与企业实施过程中，花费时间最多最不成功的一个子系统，其主要原因就是系统缺乏柔性。 本论文正是以此出发，首先介绍了有关现代企业信息化管理的新思想、新观念，讲述了ERP的概念、渊源与发展；然后，在深入分析ERP在制造企业中的作用和应用现状的基础上，围绕现有企业ERP环境下的生产计划管理子系统中MPS模块和MRP模块存在的问题，对生产计划管理功能的柔性化展开研究；最后，根据MPS和MRP的基本原理并结合我国制造企业的生产管理的实际情况，对MPS和MRP功能模块的柔性化算法进行开发和设计，提供了柔性化管理软件的开发思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise Resources Planning was created by the consultation and research organization of Gartner Group. Inc in the 90’s beginning of 20 century. With the powerful system function, flexible application envirment and real time control ability, ERP is a type of management information system in manufacturing field of information era. System of production schedule management is one of the role system in ERP, meanwhile, is the system of spending most time and most difficult to succsess during system analysis and actualize, the major reason is that the system is short of flexibility.At first, this thesis introduce new thought and idea of modern enterprise’s information management, narrate the conception, origin and development of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning); then based on the analysis of the role that ERP takes in manufacturing industry and the research status of ERP, mainly concerned with the problem of MPS(Master Production Schedule)module and MRP(Material Requirements Planning) module existing in the system of production schedule management in ERP, this thesis makes researches on the flexibility of ERP; at last based on the theory of MPS module and MRP module and the facts of manufacturing industry production management, the thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological for ERP’s development.更多还原
