基于PROFIBUS现场总线的PROTOS控制系统的设计

【摘要】 可编程控制器(PLC)是以继电器逻辑控制系统为基础,逐步发展为以处理器为中心,同时具有各类运算、控制、网络等功能的控制系统,凭借良好的稳定性和强大的功能,使得在制造工业、电力、运输等领域有着广泛的应用。 国内众多老的设备采用了电路板卡加继电器的控制方式,急需采用新的控制系统对其进行更新换代,本文以设计PROTOS卷接机生产线的PLC控制系统为例,提供了在原控制系统基础上重新设计控制系统的基本设计思想和设计方法。论文主要内容如下: 1、分析了原电路板卡加继电器的控制系统,确定新的PLC控制系统需要实现的具体功能以及其实现方法; 2、根据现场情况选用合适的PLC功能模块、现场总线,设计出了新控制系统的整体架构; 3、运用西门子的STEP 7软件设计和编制了PLC控制软件,实现了原有控制系统的各项功能; 4、使用西门子的组态软件编制监控程序,实现了对生产线的监视和控制,并提供了较强大的数据统计功能。

【Abstract】 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is based of relay logic control system, today it has developed into a powerful control system with the central of processor and has many functions such as all kinds of calculations, control and network. With its excellent stability and powerful functions, PLC is now widely used in manufacture industry, electric power field, traffic field and etc.Many old types of equipment adopts the control system with circuit boards and relays, it’s in dire need of a new control system to updating the old one. An example of design a PLC control system for the PROTOS product line is given in this paper, it offers an idea on designing new control system to substitute the old one. The main achievements are as following:1. to analyze the original control system of circuit boards and relays, confirmed the functions that would be achieved by PLC.2.to select the appropriate PLC function modules and field bus, and design the whole frame for the new control system with the foundation of the status on the port.3. to design the PLC control software using SIEMENS STEP 7, and to achieve the functions realized by the original control system.4. to design the supervision control system though which the workers can supervise and control the product line, and it also offers a powerful datum statistic function.
