供应链中制造企业与物流企业的合作模式及若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着全球社会经济的迅猛发展,企业之间必须进行频繁的合作和沟通,建立战略合作关系,才能适应瞬息万变的市场环境,在激烈的竞争中处于优势地位。在供应链环境下,制造企业应把物流业务等非核心业务外包给物流企业,组建虚拟联盟,把更多的财力和物力投入到培育企业的核心竞争力上来;同时也带动物流企业为制造企业提供个性化物流服务,实现向现代第三方物流企业的转变。针对这种思想,本文提出了一种在供应链环境下,制造企业和物流企业进行联合组建虚拟联盟的合作模式及其实现该虚拟联盟的若干关键技术。研究了在供应链中制造企业与物流企业的合作模式。在这种模式中,制造企业与物流企业采用虚拟联盟的形式进行合作。介绍了物流的概念、供应链中物流管理的作用和供应链环境下物流的特征;介绍了第三方物流的含义和特征;提出了制造企业和物流企业组建虚拟联盟的战略意义,和虚拟联盟的合作形式;提出了制造企业的虚拟策略和物流企业的联盟策略,在该策略中,制造企业把相关的物流业务外包给物流企业,而把企业的战略重点放在培育核心竞争力上,并且实施信息化战略,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中处于优势地位,同时物流企业通过物流业务整合,实施以客户为中心的服务策略,积极为制造企业提供个性化、一体化的物流服务,并通过信息化战略的实施,加强与制造企业的合作。对虚拟联盟中物流的管理模式进行了研究。阐述了虚拟联盟中的物流管理的内容;提出了物流通道设计的原则和设计方法,介绍了如何用 AHP 的方法对物流节点进行选址,以及如何采用最短路法选择物流配送路线;提出了采用 Petri 网进行物流网络优化的具体方法。对制造企业和物流企业的信息系统的总体结构和功能体系进行了研究。以参加过的企业项目为例,分别介绍了制造企业和物流企业的信息系统总体结构和功能体系;阐述了虚拟联盟信息系统的集成目标和信息系统集成的实现方法;提出了基于 XML 的虚拟联盟信息系统的集成实现机制。最后,以某制造企业和某物流企业的合作为例,介绍了虚拟联盟组建的方法和实现思路。

【Abstract】 With the speedy development of society economy, enterprises have to cooperateclosely and communicate frequently with each other to establish a strategic relationshipto survive the constantly changing market and fierce competence. Under the supplychain environment, manufacturing enterprises outsource non-core business such aslogistics business to logistics enterprises. By the outsourcing cooperation, a virtualalliance is built, thus manufacturing enterprises can spare more money and employeesto cultivate the core business. At the same time, logistics enterprises provide customizedservice for manufacturing enterprises, transforming from traditional logistics enterprisesto modern third party logistics enterprises. A cooperation mode of virtual alliance builtby manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises under supply chain environmentis presented. And the technologies to achieve the virtual alliance are also researched. The cooperation mode of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises undersupply chain environment is researched. In this mode, manufacturing enterprises andlogistics enterprises cooperate in the form of virtual alliance. The conception of logistics,the function of logistics in supply chain and the characteristics of logistics in supplychain are introduced. The connotation and features of the third party logistics arediscussed. The strategic meanings and the cooperation form of virtual alliance arepresented. Virtual strategies of manufacturing enterprises and alliance strategies oflogistics enterprises are proposed. And information strategy is implemented to achievesuccess in fierce market competence. Logistics enterprises implement service strategyfocus on customers by means of logistics business integration to provide customizedand integration service. By means of implementation of information strategy, logisticsenterprises strengthen the cooperation with manufacturing enterprises. The logistics management mode in virtual alliance is researched. The content oflogistics management in virtual alliance is discussed. The principles and method todesign the logistics channel are put forward, including how to select locations oflogistics nodes using AHP, and how to select distribution route using the shortest-roadmethod. A method to optimize logistics network using Petri nets is presented. Architecture and function systems of information systems in manufacturingenterprises and in logistics enterprises are researched.
