乙烯管式裂解炉计算方法的研究及应用

【摘要】 在大庆石油学院已建立的乙烯裂解炉简化二维模型的基础上,参考文献[2]所报道的裂解二维模型的特点,对反应物系有49个组分、49个反应的复杂反应系统,建立了改进的乙烯裂解炉反应管的二维工艺数学模型。用运算能力大、结构性和可读性强的FOR90语言进行编程,采用全隐式控制容积法对二维模型的物料平衡方程和热量平衡方程进行了离散化,用欠松弛技术及逐点扫描法对离散化后的线性方程组进行了求解,同时充分考虑了炉管径向扩散对裂解过程的影响。用该程序对大庆EF-111E炉两种不同原料进行了模拟计算,结果表明,本计算方法具有收敛性好、计算速度较快、且对径向温度、浓度分布等描述合理、主要计算结果与工业数据一致等优点,特别是在靠近管壁处径向速度、温度以及浓度的变化趋势与工业实际相吻合。为裂解炉操作工况的优化及反应管的设计提供了比较完整的数据。表明改进后的二维模型更符合实际的裂解规律。

【Abstract】 Based on predigestion two-dimensional model about ethene pyrolyzer established by Da Qing Petroleum Institute and characters of literature reported about two-dimensional model, a promoting pyrolyzer reaction tube two-dimensional model based on 49 species and 49 reactions sophisticated system, is founded. The model uses FOR90 language, which has big calculating capacity, good construction and well being read to edit program, It uses method of controlling cubage of total hiding to calculate material and heat balances equation of such system, and uses slowly iterative technic and scan point by point to calculate linear equation after dispersing. This design consider effect of radial diffuse item on the cracking process, and calculate simulate to EF-111E pyrolyzer about two different material in Da Qing using the program. Calculating consequence, Compared with the datum in documents, shows: the algorithm according to commercial operation results has good astringency, quick rapidity of calculation, and has rationality to radial temperature and concentration, especially near tube wall, the current of change is ideal to radial velocity, temperature and concentration. A series of complete data for optimization of running conditions of pyrolyzer and for design of reaction tube may be supplied. This shows two-dimensional model improved has good reliability.
