油田注水系统设规划优化研究

【摘要】 油田注水系统是油田地面工程的五大系统之一。注水技术是随着油田的深度开采而逐步发展起来的。油田注水系统规划优化研究属于油田地面工程优化仿真技术领域。管网合理的规划布局不仅可以大大降低系统的建造成本,而且还可以降低运行成本。本文针对注水管网规划优化的研究主要包括两个方面:注水系统拓扑布局优化和管网参数优化。 文章首先对注水管网进行描述和分析,建立管网各组成元素的基本数学模型。在此基础上,通过分析限制性因素和设计变量等问题,建立了注水管网拓扑布局优化总体模型。针对模型的复杂性,采用分级优化理论从整体上将大型注水系统的规划优化分解为三个子问题:注水井号的最优划分、配水间和注水站的站址优选以及注水干线的位置优化、管网整体布局优化。对每个子问题建立了各自的数学模型,并采用有效的寻优方法进行求解,从而有效地解决了大型注水系统的拓扑布局优化问题。 在管网参数优化方面,以管网年折算费用为目标函数,通过分析约束条件和建立管网造价公式,建立了参数优化数学模型。针对模型自身的特点,具体研究了相应的算法和对计算管径进行规格圆整的方法。 最后编制了油田注水管网规划优化软件,实例计算表明了本方法的有效性。本研究对油田其他系统方面的相关研究有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Water injection system is one of the five systems in oilfield. The injection technic develops gradually with the deeper exploitation to oilfield. Optimization research to the layout of oilfield water injection system belongs to imitation optimization research field of oilfield ground project. Comparable perfect layout of the system can lead to less construction and circulate cost. The main research task in this paper includes two aspects: topology optimization to the layout of the water injection system and optimization to the parameters of the pipeline network.First of all, network of the water injection system is depicted by usage of related theories, basic mathematical models of the composing elements are established and analyzed. Based on these models and analysis to restricting factors, the integer topology optimization model of water injection system layout is established. Aiming at the complexity of the integer model, the multi-level optimization is cited in so that the research to the layout optimization of water injection system is divided into three filial questions: the partition optimization to the water injection well, to the position of water distribution station and water injection station and main stem, to the integer layout. The filial models are established, each of which has its corresponding proper solution. Thus the main topology optimization to the layout of water injection system is settled effectively.For the parameter optimization of the pipeline network, the deducing process of the mathematics model is introduced and steps of the solution are paraphrased.Finally, the layout optimization software of water injection system is compiled whose operation result testified the validity of the research. By a certain means, this research can be referable for related research in other oilfield system.
