水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨可靠性研究

【摘要】 本文在调查和分析水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨失效模式的基础上,确定引起水驱抽油机井发生管杆偏磨失效的主要因素,揭示水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨寿命的分布规律,并计算其可靠性指标,从而实现对偏磨井使用可靠性的定量评价。这为现场改进生产管理,改进操作规程,合理的安排检泵周期,确定最优的工艺条件组合,提供科学的依据。因此,这有助于提高原油采收率及油田生产效益,降低抽油机井检泵率及使用和维修费用,具有较高的经济价值。 水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨的可靠性研究是在现场调研的基础上,收集其失效数据并进行适当的数据处理和数据剔除,然后利用可靠性统计理论,获得其寿命的统计分布模型,从而实现抽油机井管杆偏磨可靠性的定性分析和定量评定。 在研究水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨引起的检泵周期与其影响因素的关系时,一方面采用回归分析的方法,建立其经验方程式并绘制出相应的曲线图,从而揭示其相互影响关系;另一方面采用正交试验设计方法,列出方差分析表,得出各因素对管杆偏磨检泵周期影响的显著程度并确定出最优的工艺条件组合。此外,通过建立水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨失效故障树,可以找出全部可能引起管杆偏磨失效的因素及其组合,计算其结构重要度,对于结构重要度大的基本事件,应予以优先重视,提高它的可靠性,就能提高水驱抽油机井的整体可靠性。这为现场对管杆偏磨的预测和诊断,发现系统薄弱环节,指导维修,实现系统最佳运行提供了十分有效和实用的工具。

【Abstract】 According to researching and analyzing failure model of off-center wearing and parting of sucker rod and tubing in the water drive pumping well, I confirm the main factors that cause failure of off-center wearing and parting of sucker rod and tubing in the water drive pumping well, and open out the life distribution of off-center wearing and parting of sucker rod and tubing in the water drive pumping well, then calculate its reliability indexes, so I can quantificationally estimate the use reliability of off-center wearing well. It offers scientific evidences for improving management and operation regulations, arranging reasonably the pump-checking rate, and confirming best technic condition combination. Therefore, it is useful in rising recovery ratio of rude oil and benefit of oil field, and reducing the pump-checking period of water drive pumping well and the cost of usage and servicing, so it has good economy value.During researching the connection of the pump-checking period and its influencing factors, on one hand, adopting regress analysis method I establish its experience formula and draw corresponding curve, and open out the influencing connection to each other; on the other hand, adopting orthogonal test method, I list square difference analysis table, get the influencing degree of the relevant factors to the pump-checking period and confirm best technics condition combination. In addition, through establishing the fault tree of wearing and parting of sucker rod and tubing, I can find all the relevant factors and their combination, calculate structure importance of every factor. We should put emphasis on the basic event that has bigger structure importance, and improving its reliability can improve the whole reliability of water drive pumping well. According to these we can forecast and diagnose off-center well failure in spot, find the weak unit of system, direct servicing, achieve best running of system.
