【摘要】 ERP(企业资源计划)是将企业所有资源进行整合集成管理，将企业的三大流——物流、资金流和信息流进行全面一体化管理的管理信息系统。ERP系统的有效实施可以促进企业管理的现代化、科学化，适应竞争日益激烈的市场需求，为企业带来巨大的经济效益。生产管理作为ERP系统的核心所在，将企业的整个生产过程有机地结合起来，有效降低了企业库存，提高了生产管理效率。而我国煤化工企业由于自身行业特点，实施ERP系统存在着较大的难题。 本文以煤化工行业ERP中生产管理的开发设计为研究对象，从ERP的管理思想、系统组成及生产管理的相关理论入手，分析了煤化工行业实施ERP的难度所在，针对其特殊性，探讨了问题的解决方法并设计出一套适合煤化工行业ERP的体系结构。在此基础上，重点对煤化工行业中最为复杂的生产管理做了深入的探讨，研究了生产管理系统的设计要点以及功能组成。最后，以上海梅山化工公司开发实施ERP为例，实证分析了煤化工企业如何根据企业自身特点开发实施ERP系统。更多还原

The production management combines the whole production process of the enterprise organically as the key place of ERP system, Have reduced the enterprise stock effectively, has improved the efficiency of management of production. Of our country chemical industry of coal enterprises at one’s own trade characteristics, implement ERP have heavy difficult problem relatively by system.The development of the production management with trade of coal chemical industry ERP of this text is designed for the research object, Start with from the management thought of ERP, relevant theory of forming systematically and production management, It is analysed that the trade of coal chemical industry implements the place of degree of difficulty of ERP, is directed against its particularity , Probe into the way to solve the problem and design out a set of system structure which is suitable for trade of coal chemical industry ERP. On the basis of this, have done the deep discussion to the most complicated production management in the trade of coal chemical industry in focal point, The design which has studied the production management system wants some and function to form .
