【摘要】 校企合作培养人才可以利用校、企双方的优势，提高人才培养质量。本文在分析国内、外校企合作培养人才概况以及国内、外校企合作培养人才研究现状和存在问题的基础上，从系统论的角度对校企合作培养人才进行阐释，并对其内涵和作用作了探讨。本文着重对校企合作培养人才的模式和机制进行了研究，首先对目前所采用的模式进行分析，概括了校企合作培养人才模式的特征，并阐述了校企合作培养人才模式的主要内容。然后，从内部和外部两个方面探索校企合作培养人才的机制的建立，指出在内部应建立校企互动机制；在外部，政府应在政策上给予支持并建立完善的法律机制。最后对校企合作培养人才的实践进行研究，指出了实践中需要解决的问题，并提出了对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise can draw on the advantages of both university and enterprise; hence it will raise the quality of talent cultivation. The paper analyzes the general situation of talent cultivation in university by cooperating with enterprise at home and abroad. On the basis of it, the paper expounds cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise from the point of view of system theory, and explains its connotation and function. The paper emphatically studies the mode and mechanism of cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise. First it analyzes the present mode, generalizes the characteristic of the mode of cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise and expatiates its main content. Then from the aspect of interior and exterior, the paper explores the mechanism of cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise. Finally the paper makes a study of the practice of cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise, points out its existing problems and puts forward the countermeasure and advice.更多还原
