【摘要】 思想政治教育是对社会成员进行的使之符合一定社会要求的社会实践活动。其中，自我教育是思想政治教育的一个重要方面。本文以价值理性为基点，力图把思想政治教育的自我教育与儒学“为己之学”契合起来。先则回溯自我教育的源头，概述儒学心性哲学，以心性哲学作为自我教育发轫，从中分梳出作为儒学自我教育现代转换的理论根据。其中，着重分析王阳明的自我教育特点，借以分析传统儒学自我教育理论的优势及其不足，进一步为儒学自我教育现代转换提供理论借鉴。从儒学的心性哲学中另辟蹊径，为自我教育找寻一种方法论借鉴也不失为一种尝试。通过对儒学中的自我修身理论方面的分梳，发掘其理论精华，从而为当下做好自我教育工作提供理论借鉴和创新准备。做好自我教育亦是对“灌输”教育的一种补阙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and Political Education is a practical activity in society that makes social members accord with any definite social requirements. Self-education is an important aspect of Ideological and political education. This article tries to integrate the self-education of ideological and political education to selfhood-ology of Confucianism on the base of value nous. Hence, this article looks back the source of self-education, then summarizes the philosophy of human nature and mind of Confucianism. The philosophy of human and nature of Confucianism is looked as the start of self-education. And then the theoretic basis can be analyzed out as the modern transformation of self-education of Confucianism. Wang Yangming’s self-education is analyzed emphatically in order to analyze the advantage and insufficiency of the traditional self-education of Confucianism to provide the theoretic use for reference for the modern transformation of self-education of Confucianism. Finding a methodology for self-education from the philosophy of human nature and mind of Confucianism may after all be accepted as an attempt of theoretical innovation. It can provide the theoretical use for reference and innovative preparation for finishing self-education better through analyzing and tiring the self-education aspect of Confucianism and digging out its theoretical distillate. Besides, studying self-education and doing self-education work well is also a sort of complement to indoctrinatory education.更多还原
