【摘要】 港口作为我国对外贸易的重要口岸，在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位。近年来，我国港口建设与发展日益暴露出盲目性、随意性，港口之间的竞争也越来越走向两败俱伤的结果。为此，交通部日前出台文件，要求我国沿海、内河港口加快整合力度，实现协同发展。 基于经济学和管理学的有关理论，本文从港口整和的方案设计入手，系统分析了虚拟企业在港口整合中应用的可能性、应用方法、应用的价值和风险，为我国港口整合理论的研究和实际运作提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important seaport of foreign trade of our country, the port plays a great role in economic development of our country. In recent years, however, port construction increasingly presents blindness and randomness, and the competition among the ports becomes more and more vehement and the result is usually internecine. For this reason, Ministry of transportation recently request the integral development of ports, and then the coordinated development is expected to be realized.Basing on economics and management theories, the thesis systemicly analyzes the feasibility, methods, as well as the value and risk of the application of virtual corporation in the integration of port in terms of the project layout of managing ports, and the research can provide valuable reference for further studies in integration theory and actual operation.更多还原
