多温区回流焊计算机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 论文结合实际生产需要,就多温区回流焊计算机控制系统的设计及系统的电磁兼容性问题进行了深入的研究。 整个系统采取了上下位机的结构。下位机由前置数据采集模块、速度测量模块、速度控制模块、开关量输出模块四个部分组成。前置数据采集模块完成16路温度信号的采集和通讯;速度测量模块与速度控制模块通过控制变频器来调节回流焊的传输速度;开关量输出模块通过固态继电器对加热管进行控制;上位机软件采用Delphi编程,实现了PID参数自整定以及无超调的温度控制。软件界面友好,易操作,功能齐全。论文还对该系统中的电磁兼容性问题进行了深入的研究。课题开发了电磁兼容测试软件,在串行信号线和电源线上分别做了快速瞬态脉冲群试验。系统运行结果表明:系统性能稳定,焊接质量高,具有良好的经济效益及推广应用价值。 论文涉及电子、计算机、自动控制、单片机、电磁兼容等内容。论文的创新之处和解决的关键问题:1:通过大量的综合试验确定了适合回流焊系统的PID参数整定规则2:对基于微控制器的控制系统进行了电磁兼容性研究。本课题对信息技术设备的开发有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Relating to practical manufacturing demands, the paper studies on designs and EMC problems of Multitemperatual Zones Refolw Soldering computer control system .The system adopts the structure of superior/below position operator.There are four parts of below position : pre-data gathering module, speed measuring module, speed controlling module, On-Off outputting module . Pre-data gathering module achieves the collection and communication of sixteen-route temperature signal .Speed measuring and controlling module realizes the control of Refolw Soldering transfer speed by manipulating transducer . On-Off outputting module fulfills calefaction control of calefaction tube by solid state relay. Above position operator software programs by Delphi, and realizes PID parameter automatic timing and no-oversnooting temperature control .Software has friendly interface ,convenient operation, complete functions. Furthermore , the paper studies system’s EMC peoblems , and do EMC tests on series connection and power circuitry . The result of system running indicates:ststem has fine stabilization, jointing quality well, and has high practical value and extending significance.The fields of the paper involves multiple techniques of electron ,computer,autocontrol, MCU ,EMC . The innovation and key problem to this thesis is to ascertain PID tunning rules by a great deal of experiments,study syetem’s EMC problems . The paper has referenced value to information technology facility’s design.
