【摘要】 创新是现代企业发展的不竭动力。面对激烈的市场竞争，中国的企业已经认识到创新的必要性和急迫性，进行了不同领域的创新，但是如何把这些创新进行集成，并因此增强企业的持续发展能力，对中国企业还是一个正在摸索的过程。集成创新正是在面临技术与市场均不确定的条件下的竞争环境中被提出的。 本文首先论述创新的内涵，进而论述企业创新体系，最后探讨集成创新。集成创新部分是论文的重点部分，在论述这部分时，首先回顾了集成创新思想产生的理论与实践背景，接着从界定集成创新的概念入手，介绍集成创新的理论和研究范式，围绕着创新体系的建构，具体分析了集成什么、如何集成、遵循何种原理、采用什么方法集成以及集成创新的实现模式等重大问题。最后，论文结尾部对中国企业的集成创新(新科的系统集成)进行实证分析，以此探讨集成创新对中国经济发展的启示。 加强集成创新，是实现自主技术创新的新思考，也是企业获得竞争力、适应知识经济发展的关键，因此，有关集成创新的研究具有重大的理论意义和实用价值。本文提出针对企业的集成创新模式，探索构建初步的集成创新的理论框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is lasting impetus of the development of modem enterprise. In theface of fury competition, Chinses firms have been aware of the necessarily andurgency and have applied innovation in different fields, however, how to integrate these innovations and strengthen the lasting development of the firms still is a fumble process for Chinese firms.The increasing complexity of innovation, vigorous competition and uncertain market has led to the emergence of a new paradigm for technological innovation management-integrative innovation.In this paper, we first discuss the innovation. Then, the system of innovation of the enterprise is introduced. At last, we elaborate integrative innovation, this part is the key to this paper. During this part, we provide a review of the background of the emergence of the new paradigm firstly. Secondly the concept of integrative innovation is introduced and elaborated. Specifically, we focus on the following issues: What elements should be integrated? How to integrated? What principles and methods should be followed? How to apply the integrative innovation model?Finally, we give case study of a Chinese firm’s experience(the integrative innovation of Sinco) by analyzing the impacts of integrative innovation on China’s development.Strengthening the integrative innovation is a new idea for implementing ,the self-determination technology innovation and the key for the enterprise to acquire the competitive ability suitable for development of the knowledge economy. Thus, the study of integrative innovation is very important in theory and practice. Based on the integrative innovation modes of enterprises, the thesis constructs a fundamental theoretical framework of integrative innovation.更多还原
