桥梁工程安全监控辅助决策系统研究

【摘要】 本文在研究辅助决策系统开发思路、方法和经验的基础上,探讨了面向对象技术和综合评判技术在桥梁安全监控辅助决策系统中的应用。结合国内外桥梁安全监控辅助决策系统的研究与发展状况,根据润扬大桥工程的实际特点,对润扬大桥安全监控辅助决策系统的模型、模型库、辅助决策及下部结构监测数据的可视化等进行了广泛的研究。本文的主要研究内容如下: 1.分析了“四库三系统二形式”辅助决策系统的体系结构,结合润扬大桥安全监控辅助决策系统的开发,对系统的总体结构、功能划分及开发中采用的一些关键技术进行研究。 2.研究了桥梁监控统计模型的因子类型,并利用逐步回归分析法进行模型因子的筛选,建立统计模型的最优模型。 3.提出了统计模型的动态建立、模型的组合等方法,研究了灰色理论及灰色模型建立的方法,并讨论了基于面向对象的模型存储结构和模型库的结构及其管理系统设计。 4.归纳了桥梁安全评判的准则,用于判断桥梁监测数据和资料是否为异常,并进行异常值检查和异常成因分析;讨论了利用层次分析法递归得出桥梁整体的安全度,根据工作性态区分来评价桥梁各局部和整体的工作性态,并根据评价结果对桥梁管理工作提供辅助决策。 5.从润扬大桥工程实际出发,利用面向对象的程序开发技术,设计并研制了润扬大桥安全监控辅助决策系统,使润扬大桥工程的施工测量和下部结构安全监测实现智能的数据管理、信息分析和辅助决策,该系统能为管理部门对桥梁的施工质量和安全状况作出评判为辅助决策提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Based on the thought and experience of assistant decision-making system, the application of Object Oriented Programming technology and synthetic evaluation technology in bridge safety monitoring assistant decision-making system are discussed. Combined with the status of development and research of safety monitoring assistant decision-making system, and the character of RunYang bridge, the model, model base management system, assistant decision-making and visualization of safety monitoring data of lower part structure of RunYang bridge safety monitoring assistant decision-making system are studied widely. The main contents of the paper are following:1. Combined with the development of RunYang bridge safety monitoring system, assistant decision-making system structure of "four-base, three-systems, two-form" are analyzed. General structure, function of system and some critical technology used in the system development are studied.2. The factors original types of bridge statistical model are studied. The statistic model is established. Then the useless factors are filtered by recursive regression method and the best statistic model is established.3.The methods of establishing dynamic model and integrated statistic model are brought forward, and the theory and methods of establishing gray model are studied. In the same time, the storage architecture of OOP model, the structure and the design of model base management system are discussed.4. The bridge safety assessment rules are deduced to judge whether the bridge monitoring data and information are abnormal. The methods of detecting and analyzing the abnormal data are introduced. The comprehensive safety degree of bridge is obtained by making recursive regression of surveying point safety degree using the method of analytic hierarchy process. Based on the behavior classification, the bridge local and holistic behavior are estimated, and assist decision-making are provided to the bridge management according to estimated results.5. According to RunYang bridge engineering, the OOP technology is used to designing and developing RunYang Bridge safety monitoring assist decision-making system. The system makes the setting out surveying and safety monitoring of lower part structure RunYang bridge realize intelligence data management, information analysis and assist decision-making. Bridge management with reliable base is provided and the bridge construction qualities and safety status can be judged and decided.
