地区电网多变电站电压无功协调控制系统结构和策略的研究

【摘要】 在电力系统中,对地区电网中的有载调压变压器和补偿电容器进行协调控制,能够有效提高电压水平、降低有功功率损耗,对系统的安全稳定经济运行具有重要意义。本文对电压无功协调控制系统的结构和控制策略进行了研究。 本文采用分层分布式结构构建电压无功协调控制系统,系统由管理级、变电站控制级和现场控制级构成。电压无功的实时控制策略由管理级和控制级协调产生;优化控制策略由管理级负责生成。将被控制区域划分为若干个相对独立的控制区域,各控制区域相互协调来完成电压无功校正任务。另外系统还引入预防控制,在电压未越限时提前进行校正,提高了电压的稳定裕度。算例表明,通过协调控制系统的合理动作,可以使10KV母线电压合格裕度有较大的提高,无功潮流分布合理,有效降低了网损。

【Abstract】 In Power system, it can effectively improve the voltage and decrease the real power loss that coordinated control the transformer tap and the compensatory capacitor of the region network. The voltage and reactive power control makes the running of the systems more safe and stable and economical. This article has discussed the system structure and the control strategy of the voltage and reactive power coordinated control system.In this article, structure of layering and distributing is introduced and the coordinated control system consists of the supervisory level, the substation control level and field control level. The real-time control strategy is created by coordination of the supervisory level and the substation control level; the supervisory level creates the optimal control strategy. The region network is divided into some relatively uncoupled zones, and the zones cooperate with each other to accomplish the voltage and reactive power emendation. The system introduces the preventive control that executes the emendation before the voltage violations, and it can increase the voltage security margin. An instance indicates that the coordinated control system can increase the margin of appropriate voltage in the 10KV bus, make the reactive power flow rational and decrease the loss of the network through the reasonable actions of its.
