高功率因数异步电动机变频调速系统

【摘要】 本文从节能、环保角度出发,分析和研究了异步电机的功率因数与自身参数及转差角频率关系,得到一切实可行的控制规律,依此关系作为功率因数自动控制的根据。在压频控制进行调速的基础上,增加了功率因数控制,以速度反馈形成闭环控制系统。并且为这套系统建立数学模型,以此模型用Matlab语言进行仿真研究。其结果表明,此功率因数自动控制系统在空载、欠载运行时节能效果显著。这套系统最后用DSP控制器实现。本系统具有很强的推广及应用价值。

【Abstract】 To save up the energy and protect environment, this thesis analyzes and researches power of induction motor the relation between the self-parameter and Δω, getting a practical controlling regular. And we regard the result as the basis of higher power factor auto-control. On the basis of the model of variable frequency adjusting speed, we add higher power factor controller, which becomes controlling system speed close loop with SPWM techniques. Finally we establish a system model with which we simulate and analyze the control system through MATLAB. The simulation results demonstrate that it can save up energy about 30-50% when there is no load or a little load. We carry out the controlling system, using DSP controller. This thesis can provide important reference function. It is a high value to popularize and apply the controlling system.
