Dobby CAD系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 小提花织物广泛运用于毛纺织厂、色织布厂、衬衫布厂的纺织产品设计,针对小提花织物的Dobby CAD系统的开发与研制极大地减少了设计人员的工作量,大大地缩短了设计周期,提高了产品在市场上的竞争力。 Dobby CAD系统主要由组织设计、纱线设计、织物模拟三个模块组成。 组织设计可以实现组织的综合以及分解,综合可以通过各种穿综方法获得不同的组织意匠图,而组织的分解可以由组织图分解得到某种穿综方式的穿综图和纹板图。 组织设计还具有扩展功能,实现基本组织单元的拷贝、延拓等。 纱线设计是Dobby CAD系统的重要环节。根据纱线的结构建立相应的数学模型,本文提出一种基于HSL/RGB颜色空间转换的快速光照绘制方法,该方法与传统的光照模型如Phong光照模型相比可以在很短的时间内对纱线进行光照效果的处理,加上随机扩散算法,使得绘制出的纱线更具有真实感。 织物模拟是Dobby CAD系统的核心。本文对织物模拟中几个难点:织物浮长线的弯曲以及光泽效果处理、多重组织或者多层组织的模拟、模拟速度的提升做了较为详尽的研究,并且取得了令人满意的的效果。 本文对Dobby CAD系统中的一些重要的图形图像算法作了详细的研究,实现了Dobby CAD中很多重要的实用的功能。

【Abstract】 Dobby fabric is used to design textile products in wool textile factory, color woven fabric factory and shirt factory widely.The R&D of Dobby CAD that aimed at Dobby fabric reduced the workload greatly, shortened the design cycle and improved the competition of the product in the market.Dobby CAD system is make up of three modules those are tissue design module, yarn design module and textile simulation.Tissue design module can realize the function of tissue integration and tissue disintegration, Tissue integration can obtain many kinds of tissue pattern because of the different method of pulling on heddle. The tissue pattern can also change into relevant heddle pattern and weaving pattern through tissue disintegration. Tissue design has the function of the copy and extend of base tissue as well.The design of yarn is a rather important tache, it can easy get the yarn’s math model according to its geometrical structure, the paper has bright forward a quick illumination-rendering method that based on HSL/RGB, the advantage of this rendering method is its speediness compared with the traditional rendering method such as Phong-rendering method. Random diffuse algorithm can add the effect of 3D of the yarn.Textile simulation is the core of Dobby CAD system. The paper has studied the difficulties such as handling float, simulating multi-fractal and multi-layer textile exhaustive in textile simulation, and obtained good effect.The paper has studied the Image/Graphics algorithm as the same time, many important function has been realized through the Image/Graphics algorithm.
