能量回馈装置的数字化研究

【摘要】 随着交流电机控制理论、电力电子器件、脉冲宽度调制以及全数字化控制等关键技术的发展,交流传动系统的应用遍及各个领域,其能量利用率问题也受到人们更多的关注。本文针对各种工程应用中制动时产生的能量的利用问题,设计了能量回馈装置。 本文概述了能量回馈装置的基本原理以及SPWM技术等关键技术,针对现有的各种制动方法硬件电路复杂、维护工作量大、成本高、能量回收率低等缺点,利用DSP芯片的实时处理能力和强大的功能,设计了以德州仪器公司的TMS320F2407DSP为核心、IGBT为功率元件的能量回馈装置。该装置硬件电路简单,主要包括主电路、控制电路、检测电路、控制面板等;由软件实现各种功能,包括能量回馈装置的基本功能、电压滞环控制功能,以及故障保护和输入输出等辅助功能。本文还分析了死区时间对装置的影响,以软件的方法对死区时间进行实时设置。最后,进行了相应的仿真和实验测试,证明该装置硬件电路可靠,程序运行稳定。

【Abstract】 With the development of some key technology such as theory of motor controlling, electric power and electronic device, pulse width modulating, The application of AC drive system becomes more and more widely. The matter of its energy utilization ratio receives people’s more concerns too. To use the energy produced by braking, this paper designs a energy-feedback braking equipment.This paper has introduced key technology, such as the basic principle of the energy-feedback equipment and SPWM technology etc. To solve the shortcoming of those braking method in use, such as complicated circuit hardware, heavy maintain work, high costs low rate of energy callback, using the real-time processing ability and strong function of DSP chip, this paper designed a energy-feedback braking equipment. The core of this equipment is TMS320F2407 DSP of the TI company and the power component is IGBT. the circuit of hardware is simple, mainly include main circuit, the control circuit, control panel, etc. The software realizes various kinds of functions, Including the basic function of the energy-feedback device, assistant function such as protection and communication. In the end, emulator and experiment is made to prove the reliability of the hardware and the stability of the software. This paper also analyze the effect of dead time to the equipment.
