工业以太网的实时性研究及系统设计

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了网络控制系统的发展历史和研究现状,将工业以太网和DCS、现场总线进行了比较,阐述了工业以太网的发展历史和背景知识,并从工业控制网络的特点出发指出了以太网所具有的优势和存在的问题;分析了以太网的实时能力,并结合当前的以太网新技术提出了改进以太网实时能力的几种方法:使用全双工(Full-Duplex)交换式以太网技术、采用虚拟局域网(VLAN)技术、质量服务(QoS)和采用IPv6技术;根据网络管理系统的特性,深入研究了工业以太网管理系统的体系结构,分析了工业以太网的核心层和分布层的冗余设计,并给出各种冗余设计方案,研究了工业以太网的系统设计,提出了理想的工业以太网解决方案,并指出未来一段时间内的发展方向——混合型系统;同时我们设计开发了工业以太网的两个应用实例——嵌入式远程液位控制系统和网络抄表系统,为今后工业以太网更广阔的应用前景做了一些探索。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, we made an overview on the history and the latest achievements of industrial network and compared Industrial Ethernet with DCS and Fieldbus, two other popular network control systems. We also introduced the history and the development of Industrial Ethernet and made a discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of Industrial Ethernet for industrial control. Then we analyzed the real-time performance of Ethernet and presented several solutions to advance the real-time performance by using the up-to-date technology such as full-duplex switch Ethernet, VLAN, QoS and IPv6. Based on the characteristic of Network Management System, we discussed the architecture of Industrial Ethernet Network Management System, analyzed the redundancy design of the core layer and the distributed layer of Industrial Ethernet and provided the schemes of redundancy design. At the same time, we discussed system framework design of Industrial Ethernet, provided the ideal design mode and pointed out the direction in the future: hybrid system of Industrial Ethernet. At last, we did some research on the wide application field of industrial Ethernet and developed two applications: Embedded remote water level control system and Network meter reading system.
