UNIX环境下基于地理信息系统的电网参数管理系统研究

【摘要】 随着电网的发展,电网的基础数据越来越多,靠调度人员“记忆”已不太可能,电网调度参数管理系统成为调度生产过程中必不可少的一部分。电网调度参数管理系统的建立可帮助调度人员方便地查找各类数据和信息,完成电网监测的基础性工作,提高电网运行的管理水平。 采用图形化、可视化手段,通过与能量管理系统EMS(Energy ManagementSystem)的集成,实现潮流与电压的可视化在线显示,对提高电网的调度效率,从而提高电网运行的安全性、可靠性有着重大的现实意义。地理信息系统GIS(Geographic Information System)在可视化参数管理方面有独到的优势。因此,开发一套具有GIS功能的参数管理系统,显得十分必要。 本文就这一课题进行了研究,首先介绍了研究该课题所涉及的一些基础知识,包括GIS在电力系统中的应用、电网参数管理系统的特点和功能、操作系统平台UNIX、能量管理系统EMS、GIS平台ARC/INFO和地理数据模型。在这基础上,讨论了建立电网参数管理系统所需的两项主要技术:GIS与EMS的集成和电网参数数据库的建立。其中,基于公共信息模型CIM(Common InformationModel)的电网参数数据库设计使GIS与EMS的数据一致性问题得到了较好的解决,并为系统今后的扩展打下了基础。 作者以某省电力公司调度通信中心电网调度参数管理系统的开发为例,介绍了一种UNIX环境下基于地理信息系统GIS的在线电网参数可视化管理系统的实现方法。这套基于GIS的电网参数管理系统是在美国ESRI公司的ARC/INFO平台上采用AML(Arc Macro Language)开发而成的,与原有的EMS良好集成,实现电网参数的在线显示,并建立了基于CIM的参数数据库。

【Abstract】 With the mass growth of the power system transmission parameter, the power system transmission parameter management system has become one important part of the management of the power systems. The establishment of the power system transmission parameter management system will have great effects on rising the ability for the supervisory and management of power systems.Visualization, integrating with the Energy Management System (EMS) and the online display of the values of power flow and voltage take effective way to the security and reliability of the power transmission systems. Geographic Information System (GIS) has been widely used in power systems resolving the visualization problem and has been proved to be very effective. Therefore, It’s necessary to develop a GIS based power system transmission parameter management system.At the beginning of the thesis, some correlative and fundamental knowledge including the application of GIS in power systems, the function of the power system transmission parameter management system, the operation system UNIX, EMS, GIS platform ARC/INFO and it’s geographic data model are introduced. Then, the integrating of GIS&EMS and Common Information Model (CIM) based design of the parameter database, which are the two main technologies of the development of the parameter management system, are discussed in the thesis.A method of GIS based online power system transmission parameter visible management system on Unix is introduced in this thesis. This parameter management system was developed by AML (Arc Macro Language) on the GIS (geography information system) platform ARC/INFO of ESRI. In this system, Online display of the power system transmission parameter was achieved by integrating GIS with EMS, and a CIM based database was established. The use of this system in the power system dispatching and communication center turns the result of the visible management of the power system transmission parameters.
