永磁直流无刷电动机的研究

【摘要】 如何更好地设计、分析无刷直流电机,以降低成本,提高无刷直流电机性能,分析方法越来越重要,传统方法一般是采用比较简单的磁路法,用磁钢工作图,计算静态及动态的工作点。但是如要对电机性能进行精确的分析,用这种磁路法就感到力不从心了。近年来对永磁无刷直流电机的分析多采用有限元法,用场的方法对永磁电机的一些参数进行计算、分析。所以使用有限元软件对无刷直流电机分析的具体、高效的方法,就非常值得探讨了。 本文深入探讨如何将ANSYS有限元软件应用到电机设计和分析中去的方法,并据此对集中式绕组的无刷直流电机作一初步分析。 在此基础上,针对一无刷直流电机设计进行二次开发,利用ANSYS提供的APDL语言和高级编程语言,形成能对ANSYS建模进行控制的无刷直流电机设计的专用软件包,以提高设计分析的效率。并达到对不了解ANSYS的电机设计人员也可利用ANSYS强大功能的目的。 利用上述软件研讨无刷直流电机的定位转矩的求取方法;分析集中式绕组的无刷直流电机各结构设计参数对磁场的影响,尝试求取、分析空载漏磁系数,讨论如何削弱定位转矩。 本文的研究内容,对无刷直流电机的具体分析工具、方法作了进一步的探索,对设计、生产实践具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 To reduce the cost of the brushless DC motors , and advance the performance of the brushless DC motors, the way of designing the brushless DC motors is very important. The brushless DC motors often were design by magnetic circuit. The dynamic operation point and static state operation point were gained by the alnico operation curve. If we should accurate analyze the performance of the brushless DC motor, we can’t only base magnetic circuit. The finite-element method were used to analyse the brushless DC motors these years. Some parameter were calculate by analyse the field. The accurate data can be gained.The paper research the way to analyze and design the motors by finite element programming (the ANSYS software ). And the centralization winding motor were analyzed by the ANSYS software. Base on the APDL program language that were offer by ANSYS software and the other program languages, the special purpose software packets were achieved for design the brushless DC motor. The researcher could use the ANSYS software to design and analyze the motors who didn’t know the ANSYS software very well by the special purpose software packets.The influence of a centralization winding brushless DC motor structural design parameter and magnetic field were analyzed, and a way to achieve the fix position angular force was brought out.The research achievement bring out a accurate efficient way to analyzeand design the brushless DC motor. It give much convenience to the motor designers.
