高层住宅空间形态适宜性研究

【摘要】 “住宅”自古以来与人类生活密切相关。随着我国经济建设速度和城市化进程的加快,高层住宅建设已经进入了黄金时期,它在我国大城市中的大规模发展现象成为一个不可否认的事实。为了保证居住质量,让人们居住得更好,就应探讨高层住宅的各个相关问题作为课题进行研究,以积极的准备应对已经发生和可能会以更大规模发生的高层住宅潮。 笔者主要以前人的研究为基础,从实证为本的原则出发,针对高层住宅的空间形态建立一个初步的研究框架,从居住组合体和居住单元体两个层级去努力剖析高层住宅的内在特征及适宜性,试图探索当前众多住宅研究中缺乏系统分析的理论与方法,更加理性、全面地认识高层住宅的特征与规律性。最后以调查研究为基础,笔者对杭州地区高层住宅的发展和现状进行了思考与探讨。 应该说明的是:高层住宅各种类型之间并没有绝对的优劣之分,在许多地方都能找到它们的身影。对高层住宅空间形态的分析总结能为我们对高层住宅的设计提供更为理性和清晰的认识与参考。

【Abstract】 "Housing" is closely related to human living from of old. With the expedite progress of economic construction and urbanization, high-rise housing construction has already entered gold period. So the large-scale development of high-rise housings in our megapolis is an incontestable truth. In order to guarantee the quality of habitation and to make people living better, we should discuss various correlation problem of high-rise housings, and should be prepared actively for the stream of high-rise housings which has already happened or would be generated with outspend scope.This dissertation aims at the spatial configuration of high-rise housings, and establishes a preliminary framework, which is based on former research and demonstration. Within two hierarchies: 1. Dwelling collective; 2. Dwelling unit, the author attempt to analyze the intrinsic characteristic and suitability of high-rise housings, to explore theory and means on residential design which has not been analyzed systematically before, and to understand characteristic and regularity of high-rise housings. Finally, through investigation and study, the author discusses the development and actuality of high-rise housings in HangZhou.There is no stand or fall absolutely in every type of high-rise housings. Every type can be found wherever. The analyses and summarize can supply more rational and more clear recognition and reference for the design of high-rise housings.
