【摘要】 可持续发展已经成为人类发展的行动纲领，现在的问题是使这一概念表述转为具有深刻实践意义的行动，并融入地域住居规划设计过程中，结合关键问题来研究。现在很多住居并未涉及绿色生态的内涵，概念上的模糊、认识上的混乱以及统一技术标准和评估方法的缺乏，已成为住宅产业可持续发展的制约因素之一。 如何分辨是否是绿色住居体系，需要有判断绿色住居体系的因子、指标体系、准则和方法。对于绿色住居可持续发展评价体系的研究已经成为学科研究前沿，它旨在寻求可操作的、科学的方法，以衡量和评价一个地区可持续发展的水平和能力。国内国外已有不少此类的研究，也都在一定程度上解决了相应的问题，但是由于并未从建筑的角度研究分析，并不完全适用于建筑营建中的相关因子和实践活动。特别是未能就地域住居这个复杂系统进行全面综合把握。 基于以上种种原因，我们试图探索一种方法既汲取了以往方法中较成熟的部分，又在一定程度上克服了以往方法中有待完善的部分，以求有所突破。 运用最简单的神经元网络概念和多种数理统计方法，融入模糊思想，建立绿色住居综合评价目标体系，确立定性与定量的评价指标，通过理论与实证检验相结合的方法建立综合评价绿色住居系统的操作程序与方法，并进行实证分析研究。 以下是各章的主要内容： 第一章提出了绿色住居的概念，并阐述其内涵、公认原则、特征，从现状出发推出了课题研究的意义和必要性，简单介绍了绿色住居可持续发展研究和绿色住居评价方法研究这两个层面的演进发展过程，最后提出了课题预期达到的一种目标。 第二章重点探讨地域绿色住居可持续发展评价体系的理论，从方法论入手分析指标体系构建的七个步骤，重点介绍了三个主要技术支持：无量纲法，神经元网络，模糊思维。最后具体介绍绿色住居模糊评价程序的使用方法。 第三章重点探讨长江三角洲地域绿色住居可持续发展评价体系的建立过程，从指标的选择，到各层指标的架构，然后确定各层级的权重，最终得出了一个兼中文摘要顾评价和指导设计、开放的地域性的指标体系的基本框架。 第四章重点探讨评价体系中诸因子要点分析和相应的参考做法。 第五章是实证分析。将本文的方法用于分析桐乡市中山花园，首先进行专家评分，对结果进行统计分析，选择性的对数据进行有目的的分析，重点分析了D指标的单性可持续度、C指标协调度和最终评价指标。 第六章是结论。总结了一下本研究的特点、不足和对未来的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 1.PrologueFrom the conference about "Environment and Progress" in 1992, sustainable development become a popular slogan in a lot of fields including city design. Almost everything is connected with it. Now it’s time to put it into action. That is to say, we cannot restrict it in the limited fields such as environment or resource etc; cannot put those issues into the structure of sustainable development and discuss them again and again, while we should work over it deeply, and research it with the key issues.2.Discuss of the existing problemsFor connotation of sustainable development is so profound and complex, there are many problems to be settled. Finding a practicable and quantified index system and estimate method of sustainable development is one of them. With it we can scale and appraise the sustainable development level and capability of a country or a region; we can analyze the progress and effect and direct the tactic. As we can see, sustainable development is a necessary policy tool that is an important information resource to accelerate the public’s involving in. Quantified analytic method of sustainable development is the core foundation to prepare for sustainable development tactic.We have talk enough about the index system and estimate method of sustainable development but still less about regional human settlement. Flowing we list some problems in this field:I. The mode of index system in sustainable development about regional human settlement is uncertainty.Now a day, there are three attitudes on the index system of sustainable development about regional human settlement: (l)Found an analytic system with clear framework. But it can only analyze the result while cannot control the progress.(2)Make complement for traditional index system.(3)Found a new integrative index system which can describe the interactive relationship between different subsystems.The most prevalent method of index system is nun dimension index system. That is to say the dimensional index should be transferred into nun dimension index. This method is based on the ready statistic data and information; it’s a cheap and mature way. However it cannot reflect sustainable development correctly, what’s more it cannot take the reins of the progress.Which one is the most suitable? There’re two questions to be answered:(l) Should the mode be only an analytic system or an integrative index system including reflection, control, analyze and warming? (2) If it’s a new system, then should it be founded by one step or step by step? I think we should build a wholly new mode and index system by new conception, while to achieve it should be divided into two steps. Firstly we should investigate the actuality carefully to construct a preparatory frame and apply the frame to obtain necessary experience. Secondly optimize the preparatory frame and construct a mature frame, which is scientific and correspond to the conception of sustainable development.II. Lots of difficulties to construct the index system in sustainable development aboutregional human settlement(1)Theory cannot fit the reality. (2)The sources of data are widely divergent. (3)Lack of cases for investigation.III. The disadvantage of the index system in sustainable development about regional human settlementWhen choose estimate index, on the one hand, we gain too many indexes for chasing for complement; on the other hand, we are lack of a filter tool for avoiding iteration. When it comes to confirm the quotient of the index, a lot of traditional methods depend too much on men’s experience. When talk about the estimate mode, almost all the modes are not so perfect. They are always not so intuitionist and choose the target value and benchmark value to be the reference that will affect the result too much.3.
