【摘要】 本文一方面对我国管束性城市设计职能二元体系进行深入阐述，另一方面在《舟山市临城新区控制性城市设计》设计成果的基础上结合我国城市设计实际状况进行进一步的研究。本文既重视理论上的提炼和总结，又重视对个案的深入剖析，并力图通过个案研究使理论认识更为可靠确切。在全国，尤其是浙江省城市化进程快速发展的状况下，我们结合实践的理论研究更具有重大的现实意义与价值。 论文正文约36000字。更多还原

【Abstract】 We on one hand discuss the controlled Urban Design and Function Duality System in our country, on the other hand take a deep research on the controlled Urban Design of Zhoushan Island Lincheng Urban Area. We focus on theoretical conclusion and case analysis as well. On the background of rapid civilization nationwide, especially in Zhejiang Province, the research, combined theory with practice, presents us with great value.更多还原
