桩筏基础沉降研究及应用

【摘要】 在软土地区,为保证建筑物的稳定性或控制建筑物的沉降,建筑物的基础往往要采用桩基础。目前桩基础已经成为松软地基上的主要基础形式。 本文主要通过对建筑物的沉降,基础反力和上部结构的影响等方面的探讨,了解高层建筑基础设计的一般规律,并从两个方面来进行研究:1、进行现场调查和资料的收集汇总,总结现有某地高层建筑的基础设计特点和沉降变化特点;2、本文将板下的桩和土简化成弹簧,桩的刚度按群桩中单桩的P-S曲线计算,下卧层按分层总和法计算,分析了整个基础的沉降、筏板中的内力、桩顶反力等分布情况,并把计算结果和实测结果以及其他方法计算结果进行比较,说明了该方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 In soft soil areas the pile foundation is often used for the foundation of buildings to ensure their stability or control their settlement. At the present the pile foundation has become a main manner to treat soft foundations.Considering effects related to tall building settlement, foundation reaction and upper structures would help to understand general principle on the design of tall building foundations. For this purpose, all of first, summarize characteristics of the foundation settlement and design of the existing tall buildings in an area on the basis of site investigation and field data. Then, the pile soil under the plank are simplified into springs.The stiffness of piles is caculated from the P-S curve of the single pile. The settlement of substratum is caculated by layerwise summation method. The settlement in the whole foundation ,the stress in the raft, the reaction force on the top of piles are analyzed. Finally the result from this method are compared with the results achieved from the field test result,which shows that this method is feasible.
