矿用高强度扁平接链环有限元优化设计与实验应力分析

【摘要】 本文以?30108规格的梯齿形扁平接链环为例,在考虑接触非线性的情况下,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS定量的对接链环在静拉伸工况下的受力、应力分布等力学特性进行了三维有限元分析、结构参数的有限元优化设计,并对优化后的接链环进行了静拉伸和疲劳电测实验,实验结果表明优化后接链环静强度和疲劳寿命明显提高。

【Abstract】 The article takes the specification ?30108 of the ladder flat type connector units for an exemaple. First,makes a three-dimensional analysis of the connector’s mechanics characteristic such as it’s status undering static force and stress distributing on the condition of thinking about contact nonlinear of the structure by using tilizing large-scale finite element analysis software—ANSYS; then makes structure finite element optimization design of the flat type connector units in static load on the basis of thinking about contact nonlinear of the structure, and makes experiments under static force and fatigue experiment of the connector. Experiment result indicates that after optimizing the connector units’ static strength and lifespan improve much.
