输送带抗冲击、抗撕裂性能试验研究

【摘要】 本文主要以抗撕裂输送带为研究对象,通过对抗撕裂带的组成、配方、加工工艺的研究,对撕裂过程进行力学分析,从简单实用的角度出发,建立一个抗撕裂输送带强度的理论公式。为进一步优化输送带结构,改善输送带性能提供理论的依据;并通过大量的实验,来确定各参数对输送带的抗冲击性能、抗撕裂性能的贡献。输送带性能参数测试系统成为本论文实验成功的有力保障,本测试系统设计合理、数据采集准确可靠完全实现自动化控制,具有完善的数据分析和显示系统,文中对测试系统作了详细介绍。

【Abstract】 This paper regards the anti-tear conveyer belt as research object mainly, through the research about it’s composition prescription and processing technology, analysis the course of tearing, considering simple and practical, and concludes a theory formula of it’s tear intensity. It offers a basis of theory for optimizing the structure of conveyer belt further and improving conveyer belt performance. And it confirms every parameter of belt how to influence the anti-tear and anti-impact performance of belt through a large number of experiments. The test system of performance parameter of the conveyer belt guarantee to carry on experiment successfully. This system is reasonable in design, accurate to gather data and realize automation control, having perfect data analysis and display system. So made detailed introduction to the system of testing in the paper.
