嵌入式PC的位置伺服控制系统的设计与实验研究

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术,微电子技术,微电子技术及控制理论的发展,伺服控制系统在工程中得到广泛的应用,其主要特点是具有高效率的驱动性能,良好的控制特性。本文研究了一种以嵌入式PC作为控制计算机的高性能位置伺服系统。采用嵌入式PC作为控制式计算机来提高自动裁断机的控制水平,用位置伺服系统来改进自动裁断机的定长和对接的精确定位控制。在该系统中,为了方便与外围设备接口,分别设计了一块外围接口卡和一块ISA总线扩展卡。为了实现较好的性能指标,本文给出了一种智能PID算法,用于伺服系统控制,克服常规PID算法的不足,取得良好效果。

【Abstract】 With the develop of electric power and electron technology, micro-electronics and control theory, servo-control system has made a rapid progress in enginering application. The main traits of this are the distinguished efficiency of drive capability and eminent control characteristic.In this paper, a high performance digital servo-system based on an embedded PC is studied. With the embedded PC controlling, the control level of the automatic cutter is developed highly. With the digital servo-system, the exact control is developed in the exact length and connect of the automatic cutter. In order to connect to peripheral equipment, a periphery interface card and an ISA bus card is designed. Finally, a kind of intelligent PID is given and put into use in the servo-system. Experiment results show that some shortcomings of routine PID can be well conquered and good performance can be achieved.
