沉降性浆体倾斜管道摩阻损失的研究

【摘要】 长距离浆体管道输送工程中,常常要涉及到倾斜管道浆体输送的摩阻损失问题,而对于这方面的研究到目前为止,并不是很多。本文在现有专家学者的研究成果特别是许振良教授(导师)提出的预测非均质流在水平管道及向上倾斜管道流动时的速度分布及摩阻损失的理论的基础上,从动量守恒的角度建立了清水速度、固体颗粒速度和浆体速度之间的关系,进而推导出了向下倾斜及垂直管道沉降性浆体输送的摩阻损失的计算公式。最后用有关数据对这些公式进行检验,计算结果与实际测量结果较为符合,故文中提出的公式可以作为有关设计和运行时的有益参考。

【Abstract】 In long distance slurry pipeline transport project,it often need to calculate Friction Loss of Settling Slurry in Inclined Pipeline, but up to now ,the research about this aspect is not much.On the basis of research results of the existing experts and scholars especially the theory put forward by professor Xu zhenliang(my tutor) that predicts the velocity profiles and friction loss of settling slurry when it flows in horizontal pipe and upward-inclined-pipe,relations among the velocity of water ,that of solid particles and that of settling slurry have been established by the analysis of momentum transmission process between water and solid. Then the calculation formulae for fricton loss of downward inclined and vertical pipe are deprived. At last related data have been used to verify the the deprived formulaeAnd it turn out that calculating results accord with actual results,so the formulae can serve as helpful reference for operating and designingin this field.
