民航事故分析决策支持系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 对于民航业来讲,安全可以说是永恒的主题,要提高民航安全,非常重要的措施就是根据民航以往发生事故的航空数据及相关信息,进行事故原因分析,这对于有效的提高民航飞行的安全性具有重大的意义!因此,研制并且开发适合我国民航企业事故原因分析的专用决策支持系统(DSS)显得非常必要。本文在研究数据仓库、数据挖掘的理论基础上,研究并构建了基于民航事故人为因素分析的决策支持系统(简称HFAS-DSS系统)。根据民航事故数据的特点,把遗传算法与机器学习有机结合起来,提出了一种基于遗传算法的面向属性的概念学习方法,建立了基于智能技术的民航事故数据挖掘模型。在系统建模的基础上,利用.NET技术完成系统的开发并完成航空事故数据的测试,进行了航空事故原因的分析,找出事故原因的内在规律,对有效地进行航空安全管理具有现实的指导意义!

【Abstract】 For civil aviation, the security is the permanent theme. In order to improve the security of civil aviation, the important and significant measure that can be taken is to analyze the causes of the former accidents from which the flying statistics and the relevant information can be taken as reference. Therefore the research and development of "DSS" is the very requisite.This thesis, based on the theory of Data Warehouse and Data Mining,develop and establish the "HFAS-DSS". According to the statistic characteristics of civil aviation, the author combine Genetic Algorithm and Machine Learning,and put forward a concept learning method based on Genetic Algorithm which cater to attribute , and establish a Data Mining model which is based on intelligence technology as well. Then based on System Modeling, complete the development of system and the testing of statistics by using .NET technology, and carry out the analysis of the causes of civil aviation accident and find out the internal law, which is practically instructive for the effective regulation of the aviation security.
