【摘要】 当今，企业所处外部环境发生巨大的变化，突出地表现在顾客需求多样化和信息技术的突飞猛进的发展。适者生存，原来单个企业的管理模式将逐渐被淘汰，取而代之的是适应新环境的虚拟企业的管理模式。在资源有限的条件下，企业为了快速响应市场，可以通过借用外部力量来组建虚拟企业。本文试图从仿生学的视角进行虚拟企业组建模式的研究。将企业关系类比于生物交互关系，提出了四种基本的虚拟企业仿生化组建模式，并详细分析了每种模式特点。提出虚拟企业仿生化组建模式的四阶段选择模型，同时分析了仿生化组建模式选择的具体过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the external environment of the enterprises has changed much. It shows the two facts: the needs of customers vary all the time and information technology develops rapidly. The best exists. The management mode of previous single enterprise will disappear bit by bit. It will be taken place by the management mode of virtual enterprise that fits the new environment. Under the circumstance of scarce resources, the enterprise can build the virtual enterprise by borrowing external strength in order to quick response to the market. The thesis tries to study the building mode of virtual enterprise in the bionic view. The relationship of enterprises is compared with that of life. Building virtual enterprise can be classified into four basic bionic modes. The characteristics of each mode are fully analyzed. Then the four-stage choosing mode of bionic building mode is put forward and the course of choosing model is fully analyzed.更多还原
