钢纤维聚合物混凝土材料优化及其机床床身的研究

【摘要】 钢纤维聚合物混凝土是一种能提高机床静、动态性能的新型工程材料。选用纤维外观形状,表面处理方式,长径比,纤维含量均与以往不同的钢纤维聚合物混凝土进行材料优化,得出适于做机床基础件的钢纤维聚合物混凝土材料配比。以车床床身为例,研究了该材料做机床床身的制造工艺规程,对研制出的钢纤维聚合物混凝土机床床身动态性能进行了实验检测和有限元模态分析。进一步证明了用该种材料做机床基础件制造工艺的合理性和优越性,为钢纤维聚合物混凝土作为提高机床静、动态性能的新型材料提供了最优的材料配比和合理的生产工艺规程。以此推广钢纤维聚合物混凝土在机械行业中的应用。

【Abstract】 As a new engineer material,steel-fiber polymer concrete has been studied in the text,which can improve static and dynamic characteristics of machine bed .Through the optimization of steel-fiber polymer concrete with different shape,face threat,long path ratio,contrain from the last,we conclude the optimum design sheme of steel-fiber polymer concrete as foundation part of machine tool.For example lathe,we studied the manufacture craft rules of the machine with the materials.Did a machine bed whose dynamic characteristics been analysised by the finite element method and experiment.Through the thesis,we supply the optimum plan and craft rules of steel-fiber polymer concrete which is seen as a new materials to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of machine.,which has the meaning of theory and reality for manufacture.
