大台井急倾斜煤层冲击地压及注水防治研究

【摘要】 急倾斜煤层冲击地压注水防治是研究领域中的一个新课题,根据一个工程实际——大台井急倾斜煤层注水防治研究,作了以下方面工作。在理论上,按照引发冲击地压主体的不同,将冲击地压分为:煤体压缩型,顶板断裂型,断层错动型。根据大台井冲击地压的发生情况,结合大台井煤层,顶底板岩性,地质构造中的断层和其他一些影响冲击地压的因素,分析得出大台井的冲击地压的特点和类型。在机理研究上,对注水软化煤层、改变煤的力学性质进行了分析。从抚顺龙凤矿等现场的数据和实验室大台井煤样渗透率和不同含水率的抗压强度和不同的破坏情况,验证了机理分析。在现场,为大台井注水选择了设备和进行了方案设计,并对两次注水的情况决心了分析和总结,得出了出现的各种情况的原因,为进一步注水提供了依据。

【Abstract】 It is a new topic that rockburst prevention in steep coal seam by water injection. Based on the study of rockburst prevention in steep coal seam by water injection of Datai coal mine, the following work are done:In theory, the rockburst are classified as coal mass compression rockburst, roof crack rockburst and faulting rockburst according to the difference of main body of rockburst initiation. The features and types of rockburst of Datai coal mine are analyzed according to the situation of rockburst in Datai coal mine and coal seam, rock property of roof and floor, the fault of geology structure and some factors that influence rockburst.In mechanism, the analysis of coal seam softening and the mechanical property change of coal by water injection is made. The mechanism analysis is verified through the site data of Longfeng coal mine, permeability of coal sample in laboratory, compression strength of different water ratio and different damage situation.On site, the equipment selection and scheme design of water injection are made. The two cases of water injection are analyzed and generalized, then the reasons of various states are presented. This results supply the foundation for water injection further more.
