液晶屏短路环激光切割系统控制设计与分析

【摘要】 液晶屏短路环激光切割系统是对液晶屏周边的短路环连线进行激光切割的一种先进的微电子设备,是激光技术和电子工业的结合产品,集光学、精密机械、计算机控制、电子线路设计等多种技术于一体,是典型的光机电一体化设备。 本文对液晶屏短路环激光切割系统进行控制研究与设计分析,在参考已有系统设计方案的基础上,提出一种液晶屏短路环激光切割系统的改进方案,其原理是:利用激光器发出的脉冲激光经扩束、聚焦,经振镜反射至液晶屏周边的短路环连线上,短路环印刷电路吸收激光能量,电极材料被瞬间加热并气化,形成切口,从而实现短路环切割要求。 相对于国内外已有设备,本论文提出的设计方案主要创新点在于引入了振镜系统,利用振镜的扫描进行短路环切割,采用步进电机对X/Y工作台进行牵引控制;而已有的短路环切割系统均采用X/Y工作台进给,直接进行激光切割短路环工作,采用伺服电机牵引X/Y工作台、步进电机驱动θ转台。系统改进方案的提出提高了短路环切割速度,以6.5″液晶屏为例,切割一屏的时间由原来的14秒以上降低到5秒以下,图像定位时间由原来的秒级量值降低到毫秒级量值;切割效果也有明显的改善,刻痕清晰且均匀;另外改进方案降低了开发难度、节省了开发成本。 本文对引入振镜的液晶屏短路环激光切割系统改进方案进行了详细阐述,首先对液晶屏短路环激光切割控制系统进行结构设计;在此基础上进行控制系统的硬件平台设计和控制系统程序设计,设计实现了主机单元与从机单元无条件互传共享状态信息、主机总体裁决控制各分系统单元统一协调工作完成短路环切割任务。同时设计中分析了系统的工作过程、工作时序、控制流程、控制实现方法等内容。

【Abstract】 The TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system is a kind of advanced micro-electronic machine which cuts the short-loops around the LCD screen. It integrates laser technology, electronic technology, computer-control technology and mechanic technology to construct a kind of typical high-tech equipment.This article discusses the control study and design analysis of TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system. Referring the established system, this article brings forward a kind of modified scheme of TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system. The principle is carried out as follow. Reflected by the scanning system, the pulse laser light focuses on the short-loop, the short-loop printed circuitry absorbs the laser energy and the electrode material is heated up instantly then gasified. Thus the incision comes into being and the short-loop cut requirement is achieved.Relative to the established system, the main characteristic of this design scheme is that the design imports the scanning system and adopts the step motor to control the X/Y worktable. The modified scheme improves the cut speed, the cutting time is reduced to less than five seconds from more than fourteen seconds, meanwhile cut effect has been improved and the control difficulty is reduced.This article explains the modified design scheme of TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system detailedly. First the electronic control structure design of TFT short-loop laser cut system is carried out. Then the hardware flat roof design and control programme software design is implemented. The unconditional high-speed information exchange channel between main computer system and appendent computer system make the information transfer unconditionally and quickly. And the articleanalyses the work process, work schedule, control flow and control achievement and so on.
