小班中情感教育的研究

【摘要】 小班化教育是未来教育发展的趋势。相对于大班型的教学来说,小班化教育具有更多的时空优势,缩小班级规模为新教育理念的实施提供了广阔的舞台,以往在大班中难以得到真正贯彻与实施的情感教育在小班型中找到了适宜的土壤。情感教育是小班化教育的特色所在,两者要紧密结合。情感因子既是小班化教育的隐性资源,又是小班化教育顺利实施的有力保障,更为重要的是,情感教育是小班化教育的重要内涵,剥离了情感教育的小班化教育不是真正意义上的小班化教育。由于种种原因,目前小班中情感教育仍然存在着一些问题,主要集中在教师对情感教育理解模糊、情感教育目标定位存在偏差和缺乏情感教育操作技能三个方面。这在很大程度上消减了小班的教育成效,造成了教育资源的浪费。转变小班教师的教育观,开展适合小班的情感教育模式研究,提升小班教师的情感素养,深入挖掘教材内容中的情感因素是在小班中顺利实施情感教育的策略所在。

【Abstract】 Abstract: Small class teaching is the trend of education development in the future. In contrast to the big class, small class teaching has more advantages of time and space. Reducing class size provides a broader stage for new educational concepts. Emotional education, which was hard to be carried out in the big class, now is easy for the small class. Emotional education is the characteristic of small class. Emotional factor is not only the potential resource for small class teaching, but an important guarantee for practices in small class as well. But the most important is that emotional education is essential for small class teaching. Without emotional education, teaching in small class would be invaluable. There still exist various problems including teachers’ misunderstanding of emotional education, wrong emotional orientation and lack of skills for practices in emotional education, which, to the large extent, weaken the effect of small class teaching and waste educational resources. Some measures, including changing teachers’ concept of education, developing good patterns for emotional education in small class teaching and improving teachers’ emotional level are employed to carry out emotional education easily.
