啤酒自动化仓库管理系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文以常州华夏酿酒有限公司的啤酒成品仓储为工程背景,根据人工啤酒成品仓库的现有业务和公司的发展战略,在调查客户以及公司各有关部门对啤酒自动化仓库功能需求的基础上,规划出啤酒自动化仓库管理系统的功能:入库作业、提货作业、退货作业、换货作业、成品过期处理作业、盘库作业、库存管理、脱机作业、暂停作业、主机挂起,探讨了啤酒自动化仓库作业的实现。同时,从啤酒自动化仓库管理系统需求分析入手,画出系统的数据流图,研究系统所涉及的实体以及实体之间的关系,建立概念数据模型,再建立逻辑数据模型,最后采用SQL Server 2000数据库系统开发了支持客户机/服务器网络结构的啤酒自动化仓库管理系统数据库,为仓储作业的实现和库存管理提供数据存储方面的支持。另外,在掌握啤酒成品库存量变化规律的基础上,研究啤酒成品出库趋势以及与库存定额的内在联系,并使用Visual Basic 6.0程序开发工具,实现了自动预测啤酒成品出库趋势和计算库存定额。通过这一系列的研究,旨在探索自动化仓库进入啤酒仓储领域的技术可行性,并为将来制造啤酒自动化仓库做一些理论上的准备。

【Abstract】 The finished product storage of Changzhou Huaxia Brewery Ltd. is the engineering background of the thesis. According to the existing business of the man-made finished product storehouse and the developing strategy of the company, and based on the investigation on the need for the function of the managing system of the Automatic Storage & Retrieval System, the thesis puts forward some functions as follow: putting in storage, picking up goods, returning goods, changing goods, dealing overdue finished products, making an inventory of goods in a warehouse, managing stock, working without computer, suspending production, hanging operating terminals. It also discusses the realization of the system. Meanwhile, beginning with the analysis of the need few the system, the thesis draws a data flow diagram, studies the entities and their relation involved in the system and sets up the concept data model. Then it establishes a logic data model and opens up the managing system of the Automatic Storage & Retrieval System database supporting the internet structure of the client/Database server by using SQL server 2000 database system. All of these provide great support for the realization of the system in terms of data memory. Besides, after the regularity of the change of the finished product stock volume has been grasped the thesis researches on the tendency of the finished product going out of the storehouse and its inner connection with the stock quota. Using Visual basic 6. 0, automatic prediction of the tendency and calculation of the stock quota have been realized. Through such a series of research, the thesis aims at the technical possibility of the entry of the system into the beer storing field and makes theoretical preparations for the establishment of Automatic Storage & Retrieval System.
