模切机主切机构参数化设计及其优化的研究

【摘要】 本课题结合企业具体需求,对平压平系列自动模切机主切机构进行了分析和优化,初步开发出一个参数化设计系统,采用了人机交互的形式,提高了机构的设计柔性。 具体内容如下: 1.针对目前自动平压模切机市场上两种主要的主切机构型式,构造了通用的几何模型,为采用现代方法进行结构分析、机构综合和优化建立了基础。 2.研究分析了主执行系统运动协调性,建立了完成“走纸”工艺的平行分度凸轮的运动参数(动停比)和完成“模切”工艺的肘杆机构构件尺寸之间的关系。 3.基于构造的几何数学模型,以动平台自由行程,送料机构运动的动停比为主变参数,并考虑模切压力的因素,应用几何参数解析法,推导出肘杆机构构件尺寸参数的计算公式,为机构参数化设计提供了依据。 4.采用约束随机搜索法、矢量三角形法对一个具体系列主切机构以送料机构运动的动停比为目标函数进行了优化设计实例分析。结果表明,优化出的肘杆结构参数(杆件长度及有关位置参数)不仅能很好地保证动平台具有符合模切工艺要求的运动特性,而且提高了机器效率。 5.基于目前国内模切机的设计现状,本课题成功地用VC++开发了基于WINDOWS西安理工大学硕士学位论文 平台的专用设计软件,实现了模切机主切机构的参数化设计,包括尺寸参数确 定,运动特性分析及曲线描述,机构动画等。 通过本课题的研究,不仅对模切机主切机构进行了系统分析,加强了我们自行设计该类机构的能力,也为进一步对该类机构进行动态设计奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Combined enterprise’ s material requirement, this article analyzed and optimized the main die-cutting mechanism of automatic platen die-cutter, and done a parametric design system which adopted man-machine alternate form to improve flexible mechanism design. Concrete contents is as follows:1. Aimed at two kinds of main die-cutting mechanism forms of presently automatic platen die-cutter, the author constructed current geometrical models, which build foundation for machinery analysis, mechanism synthesis and optimized.2. The author studied the motion compatibleness of executive system, and built the connection of the motion parameter (motion-stand ratio) that complete "walk paper" craft and the bar dimension of die cutting toggle press mechanism that complete "die cutting" craft.3. As the free route of travel that to move the terrace, the motion-stand ratio of cam for the leading changed parameter, combining the factor about die cutting press, applying the method of analytic geometry, according to the above geometrical models, the author deduced the calculation formula of size parameter, and afforded gist for parameter design of machine.4. To a concrete series die-cutting machine, the author optimized the bar dimension of die cutting mechanism, adopting the random-searchmethod and vector-triangle method, consequently got the excellent construction parameter (bar length and some angle parameter). This can not only be better to guarantee the motion characteristic that make movable table satisfy the die-cutting craft request, but also increases machine efficiency.5. According to the current design condition of die-cutting machine, to realize parameter design of the main die-cutting mechanism, which include dimension parameter calculation, movement characteristic analysis and curve describing, machine moving, the author developed a special design software which based on Windows, and was programmed in VC++. This article not only provided analysis and optimization for themain die-cutting mechanism design, but also made for enhancing our owndesign abilities, and laid a foundation for further doing dynamic designof the device.
