模切机输纸牙排动态特性的研究

【摘要】 本课题针对上海亚华印刷机械有限公司生产的MW1050型自动平压模切机中影响输纸牙排定位精度的后靠规定位机构进行了动态研究和机构优化。课题的具体内容和创新归纳如下: 1)分析活动版台的运动规律以及与后靠规定位机构间的关系,推导出后靠规定位机构的运动规律,为后靠规定位机构进行动力学分析提供基础。 2)利用集中质量法建立了后靠规定位机构的动力学模型,求解机构的动态响应和动态运动偏差,研究了后靠规对输纸牙排定位精度的影响。 3)建立了一套后靠规定位机构实际运行状态的测试系统,对MW1050型模切机进行实测,得到了后靠规定位机构的实际运动规律曲线。通过对比验证了理论分析中所建立的动态模型的可行性。 4)研究表明在目前工作速度下后靠规定位机构的定位误差主要来源于槽凸轮升程段轮廓曲线。作者采用两种方法对轮廓曲线进行修正,并对修正后轮廓曲线进行动态性能校核和分析对比,给出轮廓加工参数,为企业提供参考依据。 通过本课题的研究,不仅为模切机的改进提供了相应的理论分析和实用的优化方案;也为印刷机械行业中引进设备的使用和消化提供了一种方法;并为进一步开发该设备的运行状态监测系统奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 This article is based on back gauge positioning mechanism which Influence on positioning-precision of paper feeding assembly of MW1050 Automatic mould-cutting machine produced by Shanghai Yahua Printing Machine Ltd. Co. Back gauge positioning mechanism has been done dynamic analytics and optimized. The main contents and innovations are as follows:1. It has analyzed kinematical principle of movable carriage and relation between back gauge positioning mechanism and movable carriage, pointed out kinematical principle of back gauge positioning mechanism. This provides the foundation for the dynamics analytics.2. It has made use of the concentration quantity method to get dynamics model of back gauge positioning mechanism, get dynamics respond and dynamics kinematics error, studied that back gauge have influence on the positioning accuracy of paper-feeding gripper.3. It has been built a testing system of actual running state of the mechanism which is applied to a MW1050 Automatic mould-cutting machine to measure actually and gets actual kinematical principle of back gauge positioning mechanism. Pass the contrast, verify the possibility of the dynamic model established in theories analysis.4. The research expresses that positioning error of back gauge positioning mechanism mainly depend on rise distance segment of slot cam outline at current workspeed. The author adopts two kinds of methods to proceed the correction to the outline curve, and proceed check of dynamic function outline curve after revising and analysis and contrasts, giving the outline processes parameter and providing consult basis for enterprise.Pass research of this article .it not only provide certain theories analysis and practical optimal method for improvement of mould-cutting machine, but also provide a method for usher of equipments in printing machine factories, and lay a foundation for further development of running state inspecting system of the device.
