碾压混凝土溢流坝温度应力计算分析

【摘要】 碾压混凝土坝将混凝土坝结构和材料与土石坝施工方法两者的优越性结合起来,在水利工程中得到愈来愈多的运用。本论文用三维有限元浮动网格法对碾压混凝土坝溢流坝段施工期和运行期温度场和温度应力进行了仿真计算,研究了广西右江百色水利枢纽碾压混凝土坝溢流坝段施工期及运行期温度场和温度应力场分布规律。根据施工过程和边界条件,对溢流坝段中间上游面增设3m深短缝和不设短缝两个方案进行了温度和应力计算,并绘制出稳定温度场等值线图及施工期、运行期非稳定温度场等值线图,典型点温度和应力历时曲线图,逐月最高、最低温度和最大拉应力及相应位置等成果。计算成果分析表明:在坝段中间上游面设3m深短缝后,坝段上游面温度应力、综合应力σx减小,而σy、σz变化不大。该成果为设计和施工选择合理的方案提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 That both the structure and material of gravity dams and construction means of earth dams are used in roller compacted concrete dams make them increasingly used in water work. This paper mainly calculates the temperature field and thermal stress during construction and operation of RCC, what’ s more , studies the distribution regulation of temperature field and temperature stress field of Baise roller compacted concrete (RCC) overflow dam in Guanxi province using three-dimension finite element floating mesh method. According to differences of construction process, boundary condition, temperature and stress of two schemes extending 3m deep short seam on upstream face in the middle of RCC overflow section and no short seam are calculated, what’ s more, in this paper the equivalent line drawing of stable temperature field and unstable temperature field during construction and operation period and the duration curve drawing of typical points’ s temperature and stress are plotted, and the results of peak and minimum on temperature in every month and maximum on tensile stress are attained. Analysis of caculation results demonstrates that σx of temperature stress and ensembled stress on upstream face of dam section will reduce after 3m deep short seam is extended on upstream face in the middle of dam section, however σy and σz don’t vary. This result offers Science reference for the selection of desination and construction scheme.
