基于振弦式传感器的大坝渗压监测系统开发

【摘要】 渗压监测是大坝安全监测中重要的监测项目之一,20世纪70年代以来,大坝安全自动化监测系统得到了飞速发展,但渗压自动化监测系统由于其设备运行环境恶劣、可靠性要求高,仍是大坝安全自动化监测系统中存在问题较多的项目之一。为此,本文研制开发了新一代基于振弦式传感器的大坝渗压自动化监测系统。 文中阐述了振弦式传感器的工作原理和特点,提出了大坝渗压自动化监测系统的硬件、软件结构以及数据通讯设计思想和实现方法,研制出了以单片机为核心的智能型大坝渗压自动化监测系统。该系统样机在实验室进行了测试和试运行。该系统具有如下特点:1、信号采集实现了频率与温度信号由同一信道进行采集、处理的功能,从而实现了真正意义上的16信道。2、采集单元具有LCD液晶显示功能,可直接显示采集信号,便于维护、检查。3、提高了频率采集的精度等级,增加了信号及电源防雷击和抗电磁干扰功能模块。体积小,造价低,适应现场恶劣环境。测试和试运行结果表明:该系统的硬件和软件具有较强的通用性和稳定性,性能指标符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 Osmotic pressure monitoring is one of the items in dam safety monitoring. The automatic monitoring system of dam safety has been developed quickly since 1970. But for the adverse operation circumstances, high reliability requirements of osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system, it still has some problems in the automatic monitoring system of dam safety. Therefore, a new dam osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system based on vibrating string sensor is developed.The work principle and character of vibrating string sensor are elaborated in this paper. The design thought and realization method of hardware, software structure and data communication for dam osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system is put forward. Intelligent dam osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system with single chip as core is developed. The system sample has been tested and operated for trial in the lab. The system has following characters: 1 Frequency and temperature signal is collected and treated in same channel, and the real 16-channel has been realized. .2 Collection unit has LCD function that can display collected signal for the convenience of maintenance and inspection. 3 The accuracy grade of frequency collection is improved, the function modular to prevent lightning and electromagnetic disturbance of signal and power source is added. It has the characters of small size, low cost and good adapting for adverse circumstance. Test and trial operation results show that the hardware and software of this system has strong versatility and stability, and performance index conforms to design requirements.
