配变监控终端的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文研制了一种在配电自动化中用于监视、控制配变的终端设备,完成了设计、开发、调试等工作。 论文首先从配电系统安全运行的角度出发,指出了研制配变监控终端的重要意义,分析了配变监控终端的技术现状、发展趋势、现场要求及其在配电自动化中的基础地位,提出了满足实际运行要求的配变监控终端的功能、技术参数。然后对现有的算法进行了详细的分析、比较,筛选出既能满足硬件要求又可降低投资、保证精度、简化软件的方案,确定了准同步采样的方案,并通过对准同步采样误差的分析,提出了一种从±45°开始采样,从而提高精度的采样数据处理办法,同时,对于电流互感器相位漂移提出了一种补偿办法,接着对装置中电能质量分析与统计以及无功补偿中电容器的补偿量、投切原则也作了相应分析,其中对于无功补偿采用Δ/Y混合接线,并利用交流接触器和固态开关共同投切电容,不但提高了经济运行水平、改善了电能质量,而且有效的避免了频繁更换开关,减少了经济损失;最后,设计了装置的硬件电路并绘制了相应的软件流程图。 对研制装置的测试证明,新开发的配变监控终端测量精度较高,控制方法合理,西安理工大学硕士学位论文性能可靠,达到预期目标。

【Abstract】 This paper develops a terminal Unit for supervision and control of distribution transformer in Distribution Automation, and fulfills the design, development and debugging.First, from the viewpoint of safe operation in electrical distribution system, the importance of developing Transformer Terminal Unit is pointed out, and the status in quo of technology, the direction of progress, the practical demand and fundamentality of Transformer Terminal Unit in Distribution Automation are analyzed. The function of equipment and technical specification that meet the demand of practical duty are indicated. Second, the current algorithm is analyzed and compared in detail and the schemes which not only meets the demand of the hardware but also decreases investment, ensures precision and simplifies program is picked out. Consequently quasi-synchronous sampling is ascertained. Through error analysis of quasi-synchronous sampling, a method of improving precision that begins to sample from ?45?after zero point is put forward. At the same time, the method of disposal phase shift of CT by compensation is introduced. Then the analysis and statistic ofelectrical power quality, the control scheme and compensating amount of capacitor for reactive power compensation are analyzed respectively. And in the paper, the control with A/Y and the switch with AC contactor and solid state switch is valid measure not only for improving operate level economically and amending electrical power quality but also for avoiding of replacing switch frequently and decrease economic loss. Finally, the electro-circuit of hardware and flow chart of software is designed respectively.The test proves that the new developed Transformer Terminal Unit has higher metrical veracity, reasonable control scheme and reliable performance, and the original object is attained.
