基于水位调节模式运行的水轮机调节系统的研究

【摘要】 本文针对带有前池的引水式电站经济运行的需要,在水轮机调节器运行方式中引入前池水位调节这一新型控制方式。其目的是维持前池水位稳定,提高机组单位流量出力,最大限度利用来水,从而提高电站的经济效益。 在建立水位调节模式下调节系统数学模型基础之上,对连续、离散系统进行了稳定分析。分析表明,水位调节模式下调节系统的稳定条件容易满足,稳定域很大,前池时间常数T_q大的更有利于调节系统稳定。之后,结合基于最优状态调节器的综合主导极点的配置方法,对水位调节模式下调节系统的极点进行最优配置,得出了调节对象与调节参数之间的最优函数关系。利用正交试验法,得出了研究对象水位扰动下调节参数的一组最优公式。仿真表明,所得出的最优公式是比较合理的,参照最优公式配置调节系统调节参数,能够满足调节系统的动态性能要求。 提出一种能够消除延时误差,提高计算精度的改进PID算法,对调频模式下采用原始PID算法和改进PID算法的调节系统稳定域进行分析比较。结果表明,b_P、K_D对调节系统稳定域影响较大,在b_P、K_D较小时,两种PID算法的稳定域相差不大,在b_P、K_D较大时,改进PID算法的稳定域大于原始PID算法的稳定域,采用改进PID算法更有利于调节系统的稳定。

【Abstract】 In this paper, in order to solve the economic production of run-of-river hydropower plant, the new control mode of regulating the water-level of the forebay is introduced into the hydraulic turbine governor.Based on the establishment of the mathematical model of the water-level controlling system, the boundary control equation of the stable domain of the continuous system and discrete system are found respectively, and the characteristic of stable domain of the two systems is analysed. The results show that the water-level controlling system has wide stable domain and stable condition is easy satisfied and the domain is larger when the forebay time constant Tq is bigger. Then it probes the optimal pole-placement of hydraulic turbine governing system with the synthetical dominant pole-placement method based on the optimal state-adjuster and deduces the optimal relations of the parameters between the controlling objects and the regulating system. By the optimal experiment, the optimal function of the regulating parameters of the system under the interference of water level is deduced. At last, an emulation of a concrete instance proves that the dynamic performance of the governing system can primly meet the need of practical production by setting the-regulating parameters with reference of the optimal function.Besides, an improved PID algorithm is given in this paper. According to normal PID algorithm, the improved algorithm has higher calculation accuracy. After the analysis of the governing system under the mode of regulating frequency with different PID algorithm, it is easy to find that the system with improved algorithm has wider domain than that of the system with normal PID algorithm, and the former is more favorable to the stability than the later.
