水轮发电机组振动在线监测与分析系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国水电在系统中所占比重的增加及单机容量的增大,水电机组的稳定对系统的安全稳定运行越来越重要,振动是影响水电机组稳定运行的重要因素,本文在对振动监测与分析方法研究的基础上,研制出一套振动在线监测与分析系统。 首先从水电厂实际出发,阐述了水电厂实施振动在线监测系统的目的、意义和内容以及国内外发展现状,分析和归纳了水轮发电机组振动的机理、振动故障的特征,充分利用国内外现有的测试技术,对水轮发电机组振动在线监测与试验分析系统的测量参数、测点布置、传感器及采集卡选择、信号调理板设计进行了详细设计。 其次针对传统傅里叶变换对非平稳信号分析的不足,本文将小波分析引入到振动信号的分析处理中来,实例分析表明小波分析具有良好的时频分析特性及局部化分析的能力,将傅里叶变换和小波分析相结合进行振动信号的分析处理具有良好的应用效果。 最后研制了一套由工控机、A/D卡、振动、摆度传感器及相关模块组成的振动在线监测与分析系统。该系统采用多通道同步采集,采样频率高,且采用DMA控制方式,实时性强,能够实现振动、摆度信号实时显示和分析等功能。在硬件研制的基础上,采用面向对象的程序设计方法开发了一套实时监测与分析软件。该软件包括在线监测模块、信号分析处理模块、数据库模块等。

【Abstract】 Along with the enhancing proportion of hydroelectricity in the whole electricity system in our country, stabilization of hydropower unit is more and more important to the whole system operation. Since vibration is the important factor that influences the security and reliability of hydropower unit, in this paper a set of online monitoring of hydropower unit vibration and analyzing system is developed on the base of studying vibration monitoring and analyzing method.Firstly, based on the actual situation of hydropower plant, the aim, meaning and content of online monitoring of hydropower unit and its application and development in and outside of the country are described, the theory, and character of turbine generator vibration some vibration are analyzed and concluded, and present testing technology is made the most use of to study the conformation of test parameters, reasonable arrangement of the test spots, choosing of sensors and A/D cards, and design of pretreatment board of online monitoring of hydropower unit vibration and testing analyzing are designed in detail.Secondly, aiming to the shortage of Fourier transform in analyzing unbalanced signal, wavelet transform is introduced to analyze vibrationsignal, example shows that wavelet analysis has excellent competence both in time and frequency region. It has good effect to combine these two methods to analyze vibration signal.At last, a set of online monitoring of hydropower unit vibration and analyzing system is developed, including IPC, A/D cards, vibration sensors and correlative modules. This system uses multicenter synchronization sampling and DMA sampling control method, which has high sampling frequency. The system can realize displaying and analyzing in real time. On the base of hardware, a set of vibration monitoring and analyzing software is developed using Object Oriented Programming method, which includes online monitoring module, signal module and database module.
